• Skydiving time depends on weather conditions. Do not schedule any other trips or activities on the same day. If the weather is good, your skydiving experience may finish within 3–4 hrs, but if the weather is not ideal, the schedule may change, which may take you a day of waiting. To avoid any accidents, please be sure to follow flight regulations
• In the event of a change in itinerary or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, please contact customer service to reschedule
• Travellers are recommended to wear comfortable clothes and tight sneakers; jumpsuits will be provided on-site; wool clothes and gloves will be provided in winter (subject to on-site availability); please do not wear hiking shoes or high heels

－Enhanced Safety Measures－

• By law, the minimum age to tandem skydive in Australia is 16 years old. If a guest is between 16 and 18 years of age, please leave a note when booking as the supplier must be informed in writing before the jump date. Guests between 16 and 18 years of age must have parental or legal guardian consent. For guests under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must be present at the drop zone on the day of the skydive. If a parent or legal guardian is not present, the customer must immediately notify a member of staff at the drop zone, who will arrange for the correct documents of consent to be sent and signed before skydiving

• Travellers who weigh over 110 kg are not allowed to participate, please consider this before booking
• Travellers weighing 95 kg or more must be accessed by a safety inspector, a surcharge applies to the different weights (refer to the surcharge info), the inspector will evaluate weather and other conditions to decide if the tour should be cancelled as skydiving may be cancelled due to safety reasons
• If you are on medication or have any special physical conditions, please consult your doctor before booking
• Travelers with the following conditions are not recommended for participation
• High blood pressure, Cardiac disease, Acrophobia, Epilepsy, Asthma, Pregnancy
• Please arrive at the designated location 20 minutes before departure, as the tour will depart on time
• Please do not drink alcoholic beverages for at least 8 hrs before skydiving and do not take part in any diving activities within 24 hrs before skydiving
• We recommend that you bring your own snacks and water. If you wish to purchase snacks or water, on-site staff can assist you
• Skydiving requires 15–45 mins of ground preparation. Participants must follow the guidance and instructions from professional coaches at all times
• Due to safety reasons, travellers are not allowed to bring any carry-on items (e.g. camera, smartphone, GoPro) to board the plane
• Accompanying travellers may use the transfer service to proceed to the venue; please note that seats are subject to on-site availability, and requests for seat reservations will not be guaranteed. A roundtrip transfer fee of A$30 will apply, and fees are to be paid on-site in cash directly to the driver
• If you have booked the photography service, the files will be sent to your email after the experience; please make sure that you successfully received the email with intact files on-site in case of any disputes
• If you would like the Dedicated Video Package, please make a request on the day of the activity; the local agency will decide if the arrangement is viable; please note that surcharges will apply
• Insurance is not included in this product, so travellers are recommended to purchase their own insurance before the activity
• All participants are required to register with the APF
• Please refer to the voucher for the meeting time and point info
• The skydiving location may be subject to change due to weather conditions; please provide a reachable contact number in Australia so the local agency can best accommodate you
• Travellers are recommended to contact the local agency customer service to check the tour details 24 hrs in advance
• If a customer fails to show up or load on the day of their skydive, a 100% cancellation fee will now apply.
• In cases where a skydive is unable to proceed due to operational or weather-related reasons, customers will be offered an alternative date, a transfer to another Skydive Australia location, or a refund.Refunds must be requested through the original booking agent, as agent terms and conditions may vary. If a customer transfers to a location with a lower retail price, the difference will be refunded. However, the guest must pay the difference if the new location or experience costs more than $50 above the original value directly to Skydive Australia.
