Tour Information

Explore the Whitsunday islands inner fringing reef on our half day dive experience around the sheltered Whitsunday Islands. Your dive location will be selected based on the best weather and tide conditions on the day.

Experience the vibrant colours of soft corals and tropical reef-dwelling fish such as parrotfish, angelfish and damselfish, travelling in comfort and style on our premium purpose built vessel fleet. Our friendly team will deliver a personalised experience, guiding you through the scuba experience with interesting commentary.

Tour Inclusions

  • Morning or afternoon tea (dependent on time of cruise)
  • 2 hours on location
  • Complete one dive at inner fringing reef location – destination selected based on best tide and weather conditions on the day
  • Cruise to Whitsunday Islands Inner fringing reef location
  • Guided dive with our Dive Instructor

Departure Times

  • Services depart at 8:00am or 12:30pm
  • Exact departure time is subject to tidal conditions and will be confirmed prior to travel

Transport Notes

  • The tour departs from Hamilton Island Marina
  • Guests are required to make their own arrangements to travel to and stay on Hamilton Island
  • Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to departure for check-in and boarding

Things to Note

  • All prices are in AUD.
  • All divers must provide a valid certification card or log book and complete the pre-dive medical questionnaire at the time of booking. Failure to complete and return the form before travel may result in non-refundable cancellation.
  • All certified divers must hold a minimum Open Water Certification or equivalent and must have dived within the last 12 months.
  • The full-day diving experience includes two reef dives and all dive gear hire.
  • All dives are conducted under the supervision of experienced Divemasters or Instructors.
  • The minimum age for diving is 12 years. Divers aged 12 to 14 years must dive with a certified parent or legal guardian.
  • Diving activities are subject to favourable weather, sea conditions, and safety assessments. Schedules may be adjusted or cancelled if required.
  • All participants must follow the instructions of the dive staff at all times. The operator reserves the right to refuse participation or cancel dives for safety reasons, with no refund applicable in such cases.
  • Please note that this tour is a non-instant confirmation product. After your booking is placed, we must manually submit a request to the cruise operator and wait for their confirmation before tickets can be issued. Availability shown online is not guaranteed, as stated in the Terms & Conditions agreed to at the time of booking.
  • If the requested seats cannot be secured, you may choose to change to another available date at no additional cost or receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

10% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 3days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
