Uluru Segway Sunrise

  • Segway riding is a form of adventure activity. Therefore participants need to:
    • The minimum age is 12 years. If under 18 years of age be accompanied by an adult
    • Weigh between 45–117 kg/99–257 lbs
    • Be fit, healthy, and free from injury or illness that may impact the participant's ability to Segway
    • Be free of vision or balance impairment that may impact the safe operation
    • Not with serious health conditions or hip/back/knee injuries (or a history of them)
    • Be free of drugs or alcohol
    • Not suitable for pregnant women

  • Please arrive at designated location 10 mins prior to departure, as tour will depart on time

  • Participants that fail to arrive before the meeting time will be classed as no-shows without any refund

  • Participants are not permitted to smoke whilst riding a Segway

  • This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants to run. The tour will not be confirmed unless the minimum number is met

  • The segway tour operator reserves the right to cancel or alter tours or activities due to operational restrictions, weather conditions(heavy rains), mechanical defects, or any other changes

  • The segway tour operator reserves the right to prohibit any participant prior to the start of the tour, during the training session or tour itself from participating in the activity if the participant fails to meet the rider requirements

  • The segway tour operator does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal items during whole the tour

  • What to bring:
    • Closed-in shoes (flip flops or thongs will not be permitted on this tour)
    • A shirt that covers your shoulders
    • 1 litre of water
    • Sunscreen and a cap

Cancellation Policy

15% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 24hours.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
