The Huon Valley is one of those places you must travel through when in Tasmania. Historically, the Huon Valley was the centre of Tasmania's apple industry and has had a resurgence in recent years with the emergence of the cider industry. We will visit two popular cider brewers and even a gin and vodka distiller.

We start the day by visiting Mt Wellington/Kunanyi and then meander our way through the Huon Valley, tasting and exploring its produce. Our guides will collect your picnic lunch from the Wursthaus Kitchen, and you will be able to enjoy lunch by the Huon River.

The tour usually departs by 8:30 am from Hobart and returns around 4 pm. This tour can also be customised for groups and cruise ships. Please call or email our team for more information.
