  • Child under 18 years only offer mocktails and soft drinks.
  • Infants 0-3yrs may travel free of charge with no food/beverage provided OR purchase a Child Fare and receive the Child Menu. In the comments section please advise number of infants travelling.
  • Dress Code: Smart Casual
  • Special Menu Requests - All meals are prepared onboard on vessels and the kitchen team have limited time to serve the menus. Requests made for special diets (e.g. nut-free, dairy-free), substitutions and modifications of menus on board our cruises will therefore be politely declined. We cannot guarantee that certain products or ingredients (halal, nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.) will not be in our food, and we explicitly accept no liability in this regard. For serious food allergies you must make your own decisions on selecting meals. Our staff's comments are only to assist you in making an informed decision.
  • All Dining and Harbour Bar & Restaurant cruises have reserved seating. All other cruises are open seating and guests are welcome to move freely between designated seating and open-air areas of your vessel.

Cancellation Policy

15% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 3days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
