Please bring the credit card used to make the booking, along with your e-ticket, for verification at check-in
Smart casual or cocktail attire is recommended. Please avoid wearing flip-flops, singlets, or overly casual clothing
High tea is served as a set menu. Limited gluten-free options are available if requested in advance. Special dietary requests, substitutions, and menu modifications cannot be accommodated
One glass of sparkling wine is included on arrival. Additional wines, beers, spirits, cocktails, tea, and espresso coffee are available for purchase onboard. Alcohol is served in accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines
Guests are welcome to bring their own celebration cake with prior notice. Refrigeration and presentation (including sparklers) are provided. Chef-prepared dessert options are also available for a small cakeage fee
Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult
Wheelchair access is available on selected vessels, including Sydney 2000 (Ocean Deck), Captain Cook 3 (Main Deck), and The Jackson (Main Deck). This cruise is not suitable for Starship Sydney or Starship Aqua
Cruises operate in all weather conditions. All vessels are fully air-conditioned with panoramic windows. In the event of severe weather or government restrictions, the operator reserves the right to amend or cancel services
Discounts and group offers are not valid on selected special events or public holidays

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation if cancel outside 3days. No refund if cancel within 3days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
