In the Springbrook National Park, a natural cave has formed over time due to the erosion caused by the river. The collapsed cave creates a natural spectacle resembling a bridge, known as the Natural Bridge. Inside the cool darkness of the Natural Bridge arch, tens of thousands of glow worms (there are only two places in the world where glow worms can be seen, and this is one of them) thrive. They emit a blue glow, hence the name "Glow Worms."

Australia and New Zealand are the only places in the world where these glow worms with blue light can be found. Unlike their Asian counterparts, which emit greenish-yellow light only during the adult stage and can fly around, the glow worms in Australia emit blue light during their larval stage and do not fly. They can be found attached to soil or rock walls, preferring moist environments or dark caves near rivers. During the day, these unseen creatures put on a spectacular show of light and shadows at night. The brighter their environment, the more vibrant their glow.

An experienced guide will accompany visitors to Springbrook National Park's rainforest and lead them to the Natural Bridge, introducing various typical tropical rainforest plants along the way. You will also have the opportunity to observe the glow worms. Throughout the journey, you can gaze up at the unpolluted night sky, admire the lights of the high-rise buildings in the Gold Coast city, and on the return trip, look up at the starry sky. On clear nights, you may even catch a glimpse of the Southern Cross constellation.
