Itinerary

Doors open 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to show time with pre-show entertainment commencing at the same time. You can buy your own beverage.

After the warm-up performance, the official event begins. To enhance the sense of involvement, the audience will be divided into two groups based on the color of your hats. Each group will occupy one side of the venue and cheer for their respective cowboy teams.

In addition to clapping and cheering, another way to show support is by stomping the floor. When hundreds of people stomp simultaneously, it creates a powerful and awe-inspiring sensation, truly remarkable. The opening overture features a brief introduction to Australian cowboy history. Following that, each performer enters formally, riding on horseback, waving the Australian flag, and marching in neat and smooth formations, showcasing impressive horsemanship skills. With proper etiquette observed, the participants quickly divide into two factions, commencing a lively and spirited ranch showdown.

The competition takes place in the expansive sand arena within the venue. Thanks to special treatment, the sand particles are well-contained, so even with the horses galloping, there's no billowing dust, ensuring the indoor air remains fresh. The equestrian competition features a wide variety of styles, ranging from standard speed races and jumping to high-difficulty maneuvers like one-handed riding, standing or hanging stunts. Even more thrilling segments include double-horse jumps through fire hoops and races between horses and 4x4 vehicles. With riders performing graceful and natural movements and the continuous waves of excitement, the audience's enthusiasm reaches a boiling point. Amidst the cheers and stomping sounds, the outcome of who wins or loses becomes insignificant because everyone appreciates the spectacular performance they've witnessed.

In addition, the audience members can also participate in special segments, such as competing in log-carrying races or kids herding chickens into cages, creating lighthearted and amusing moments. The main performance lasts for an hour and a half, during which the audience not only gets to enjoy the spectacle but also indulge in a full meal. This three-course meal includes appetizers, main dishes, and desserts, along with complimentary drinks that are served by attendants throughout the performance.

Three Course Meal & Drinks

Your meal experience begins with a roasted vegetable and goat feta tart, followed by a tender eye fillet steak or chicken breast with Kakadu plum jus, served with hearty roasted pumpkin, beans and potato. Finish your dining experience with a delicate chocolate tart with a delicious honey salted caramel sauce, and a pinch of chocolate dirt from the outback.

• Entrée: Rustic woodfire roasted vegetable and goats fetta tart served with wild rocket and home-made Queensland pineapple and mustard seeded chutney.
• Main: Juicy eye fillet steak or a tender chicken breast with a full-bodied jus dressed with lashings of plum sauce accompanied by a generous serve of roast pumpkin, green beans and potato.
• Dessert: Dark chocolate flan with chocolate ganache, salted caramel sauce and a dusting of chocolate dirt.
• Vegetarian option: Braised vegetables in a cast iron pot.
