Child Fares - These apply to children 3 to 14 years inclusive (Brisbane’s Best, Brisbane City sights morning tour, Brisbane afternoon at Lone Pine & Mt Coot-tha lookout and Theme Parks are 3 to 13 years). Infants aged under 3 are free, unless otherwise stated (Fraser Island trip full child fare).
Low level of fitness needed (Some walking is involved at Australia Zoo. Walking aids are available for hire from Australia Zoo)

AUSTRALIA ZOO TICKETS: Tour driver will check everyone in at the zoo with his passenger manifest, so you do not need to print your voucher.
Please note no toilet on bus.
It depends on that day’s bookings what time we arrive at the zoo, but we must leave the zoo by 4pm, due to evening traffic, so the driver may ask you to meet BEFORE 4pm
Bus starts at the Gold Coast travelling north to Brisbane CBD, The bus stops at Tangalooma Wharf, before heading to the zoo (return journey as well)
Walking aids are available for hire at Australia Zoo
Changing road conditions may result in alternate pick up points
We reserve the right to substitute coaches and operators where necessary.
Additional departure days available on most tours, subject to numbers.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation if cancel outside 7days. No refund if cancel within 7days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).

Fantastic tour
My visit to the Australia Zoo was awesome. Having a good chunk of time to roam around the zoo was fantastic. The bus ride was a breeze, making our trip to and from the zoo a safe and convenient experience. I’d totally vouch for this service, especially if you’re in or around Brisbane and planning a day at the zoo. Hats off to the bus driver!
