Purpose built for whale watching, Totally Wild was designed to replicate an offshore rescue vessel with powerful engines, rigid hull and high-back seats to provide safety, comfort, and speed. This unique design makes you feel like you’re right on the water as we travel at top-speed on the open ocean.

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
  • No-shows or any personal delays are non-refundable.
  • All fares are inclusive of GST
  • For the safety and welfare of the vessel, passengers, and crew, the captain has the sole and absolute discretion and authority to adjust the scheduled route under any circumstances.
  • Passengers must be at least 12 years old and 130cm in height.
  • Persons who might be pregnant, suffer from back, neck or heart conditions, or have previous injuries that could cause risk to their health, may not travel on this service.
  • All passengers are required to sign an assumption of risk document before travelling on this vessel.
  • Passengers are not allowed to bring any illegal items or unlicensed alcohol on board.
  • All personal belongings will be the responsibility of the passengers for safekeeping.
  • Seasonal Cruise - Operates every day during the Whale season
  • The vessels are subject to change without notice.
  • All per-person prices quoted are in Australian dollars

Cancellation Policy

15% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 7days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
