Q: Is there an age limit?
A: Children under the age of 12 years cannot participate in the experience. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Q: Are parking spaces available for guests travelling by car?
A: Yes, parking spaces are available on-site.
Q: Do I have to purchase the "Photo + Video" package in advance? Can I purchase it on-site?
A: Guests can purchase through KKday first, or they may purchase additional package options on-site.
Q: How many photos are in the "Photo & Video" package? What is the length of the video? Will I be able to view it right away?
A: There are about 100 photos, and the edited video is 5–7 minutes long. After the experience is over, an email will be sent to guests. Please confirm receipt of the photos and video files before leaving the site to avoid any discrepancies.
Q: Do you provide third-party photography services?
A: To capture 360-degree views of your entire skydive experience, kindly choose the dedicated video package for an additional A$269. The event provider will inform you if it's possible to arrange it according to the conditions of the day. (fees are for reference only and are subject to pricing on-site)
Q: Can I bring my own GoPro or camera?
A: For safety reasons, participants are not allowed to bring any belongings (including cameras, mobile phones, GoPros, and other devices) on the plane
Q: How long is the total experience time (from meeting to returning to the departure point)?
A: The experience time will be determined based on the weather conditions on the day of the jump. Participants are advised not to arrange other activities that day.
- Favourable conditions: Guests can complete the experience within 3–4 hours
- Poor conditions: To ensure safety, delays may occur due to unfavourable weather and air traffic control restrictions
* If the weather conditions are extremely bad or in case of any force majeure causes, the skydiving itinerary will be cancelled; please contact KKday to arrange another activity date and time
Q: What kind of clothing should I wear?
A: Guests are advised to wear loose, casual clothing and lightweight, fully-enclosed sneakers. Hiking shoes or high heels are not permitted
Q: What else should guests be aware of before the skydiving experience?
A: Do not consume drugs or alcohol 8 hours before your skydive.
- If a participant is taking any medication, please make sure to consult your doctor for appropriate safety precautions
- No scuba diving 24 hours before skydiving
- Participants are required to fill out the APF online form (form link: skydive.com.au/GOR) before departure and pay the APF aviation management fee (A$35 per person) on-site

- The meeting and departure times provided are for reference only; for actual times, please refer to your voucher or contact the operator
- Skydiving time depends on weather conditions. Do not schedule any other trips or activities on the same day. If the weather is good, your skydiving experience may finish within 3–4 hrs, but if the weather is not ideal, the schedule may change, which may take you a day of waiting. To avoid any accidents, please be sure to follow flight regulations
- In the event of a change in itinerary or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, please contact customer service to reschedule
- Travellers are recommended to wear comfortable clothes and tight sneakers; jumpsuits will be provided on-site; wool clothes and gloves will be provided in winter (subject to on-site availability); please do not wear hiking shoes or high heels

- In cases where a skydive is unable to proceed due to operational or weather-related reasons, customers will be offered an alternative date, a transfer to another Skydive Australia location, or a refund.Refunds must be requested through the original booking agent, as agent terms and conditions may vary. If a customer transfers to a location with a lower retail price, the difference will be refunded. However, the guest must pay the difference if the new location or experience costs more than $50 above the original value directly to Skydive Australia.
- If a customer fails to show up or load on the day of their skydive, a 100% cancellation fee will now apply.
