Getting to Rottnest Island is easy with SeaLink. Departing regularly from convenient mainland locations, SeaLink’s high-speed ferries make the 19 km journey from Fremantle in about 30 minutes. The comfortable ferry offers one of the fastest and most reliable ways to reach the island. Luggage delivery to your tent is included upon arrival.

Location: Ferries from Fremantle depart and arrive at B Shed, Victoria Quay, Fremantle.
Fremantle Train Station and the adjoining bus terminal are located just a 5-minute walk from Victoria Quay.

Parking in Fremantle is limited and in high demand, especially during busy periods. There are a number of paid parking areas at Victoria Quay, offering short, medium, and long-term options. Please note:

Walking from the island jetty to the Rottnest Discovery Resort Glamping area takes about 10 minutes.
Prices are per room (based on per couple or per party).
High/Peak Season Accommodation Surcharges may apply.
Ferry Check-In & Boarding:
Tour participants must arrive at least 60 minutes before departure for ferry loading and boarding requirements.
Check-in closes 30 minutes before departure.
Boarding ends 15 minutes before departure.
Rottnest Fast Ferries reserves the right to refuse boarding to any passenger who fails to comply with the stated check-in and boarding times.
Availability Notice:
This package includes third-party components, and availability is not guaranteed. A team member will be in touch within 24 hours of booking to reconfirm.
Luggage Allowance:
Each passenger (excluding infants) is entitled to 1 x carry-on item not exceeding 600mm x 400mm x 300mm and 10kg in weight.
If checking in luggage, passengers must first visit the ticketing office to collect luggage tags.

The Company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage, or for any resulting damages, whether during off-loading or transit, and regardless of the cause (including negligence or mechanical failure), except where prohibited by law.
Fishing rods, bicycles (pedal and e-bike), e-scooters, beach trolleys, paddle boards, kayaks, golf bags, and other large or specialised items must be collected by the owner from the jetty upon arrival at Rottnest and cannot be delivered by the RIA. Items deemed excessively large or heavy may be refused at loading, at the crew’s discretion. For safety reasons, SeaLink Rottnest Island reserves the right to inspect any luggage.
Carry-On Luggage:
Storage in passenger cabins is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
No luggage is permitted in aisles, wheelchair spaces, or areas that could obstruct emergency evacuation.

Based on departure from B-Shed, Fremantle.
Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods & Services Tax (GST).
All rates are dynamic and subject to change without notice until paid in full.
Family Tent rates apply to adults and children aged 3 years and over.
Minimum stays and block-out dates may apply. Availability is subject to change without notice.
Children & Infants:
Children aged 0–2 years stay free of charge (FOC) using existing bedding.
Cot hire is available on request for a fee of $50, payable directly.
Bedding requests and rooming allocations must be made at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable.
