Splash and Slide Dolphin Cruise

Join Moonshadow TQC onboard our 2hr Splash & Slide Dolphin Cruise as we head out in search of our resident Bottlenose Dolphins onboard the MV Spirit or MV Spirit of Port. Take in the amazing views of the Port Stephens harbour as we head East towards Tomaree & Yacaaba headlands. After having some fun with our Dolphins, it’s time to get into your swimming gear as we head to our mooring and get ready for our water activities. Ride, slide and splash into the blue waters of Port Stephens, and for those not wanting to us the slide, we will also have our boomnet to use as well.

Our 2hr Splash & Slide cruise has a high success rate in dolphin sightings, as well as a fully licensed bar to purchase snacks and drinks onboard.

A fully licensed bar is aboard and snack foods are available.

Vessel: MV Spirit is a 60″ fast Stable Catamaran, with 2 walk around all weather viewing decks. Licensed bar with snack food available for purchase. A large boom net, water slide.

What’s the difference Dolphin Discovery Cruise, the Dolphin Watch Eco Adventure and Splash and Slide Dolphin Cruise?

  • Our Dolphin Watch & Eco Adventure (1.5hr) explores off shore and passes Tomaree and Yacaaba headland, we explore Murphy’s gap and the outer islands of Port Stephens, whereas the other cruises stay inshore. The MV Osprey is the fastest vessel in our fleet, meaning we can find dolphins faster, and spend more time with them while covering more ground, however the MV Osprey is not equipped with a boomnet.
  • Dolphin Discovery Cruise -Click me (1.5hr) has the twist and twirl slide that lands into the boomnet while in motion. This cruise stays inshore while searching for our resident bottlenose Dolphins - Daily Departure

Things to Note

  • All per person prices quoted are in Australian dollars
  • 4 -14 years are classed as children, and under 4 free, i.e. 3 or below.
  • Family fare – maximum of 2 adults and 2 children of the same family. Normal fare applies for additional children. Not applicable with any other discount.
  • A fully licensed bar is aboard and snack foods are available.
  • **Port Stephens dolphins are totally wild, so 100% sighting success isn’t guaranteed. Refunds aren’t available if dolphins are not located, but we offer a non-transferable free return voucher (stand-by basis). Terms & Conditions apply**
  • Swimming: **PLEASE NOTE | Due to recent increased shark activity along the NSW east coast, Moonshadow-TQC has decided to temporarily cease operation of our waterslide activity on our 2hr Splash & Slide Cruise. the boom net will still be operational as you are inside the confines of the vessel, and the vessel will be in motion during the boom netting activity.**

Cancellation Policy

15% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 3days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options.
