Day 1: Perth to Margaret River Wine Region

You'll travel south from Perth, driving through scenic farmland before reaching the coastal town of Busselton. Stop for morning tea (own expense) and view the iconic Busselton Jetty. Please note: There isn't enough time at this stop to walk the full length of the jetty.

Driving into the heart of the region, we'll head to one of Margaret River’s boutique breweries for lunch (venue may change), which includes complimentary beer and cider tastings. Following lunch, you'll enjoy further wine tasting from a selected winery, gaining industry insights on wine production with the opportunity to purchase bottles.

Next, it's on to Mammoth Cave for a guided tour through its vast chambers, learning fascinating information on the region’s ancient flora and fauna. Continuing south through the Boranup Forest of enormous Karri Trees, we reach the most fascinating part of the region at Augusta. Here, at Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse, marvel at the dividing point between the Southern and Indian oceans—a rare phenomenon. We then head north to the township of Margaret River for check-in to your chosen accommodation.

Day 2: Margaret River to Perth

Today, you'll join the exclusive Margaret River Food Lovers Tour, an unforgettable experience celebrating the region's best food and wine artisans. This tour includes:

  • Tastings at a range of remarkable boutique and 5-star wineries.
  • Sampling dozens of local gourmet foods.
  • A delicious winery lunch.
  • A rare glimpse into the heart of these iconic boutique wineries with a guided tour through their stunning vineyards.
  • Experiencing Australia’s best chocolate made fresh by a true craftsman.
  • Behind-the-scenes chocolate and coffee tasting tours.

After indulging at all these beautiful stops, we collect your luggage from the hotel and re-join the coach for the drive back to Perth, stopping for a light dinner along the way (at your own expense). You will arrive back in Perth around 6:30 pm.
