Itinerary

Day 1:

Depart Port Denarau for South Sea Island, where you can enjoy full use of all the non-motorised watersports activities on this action-packed little island! Your stay includes drinks (local beer, house wine, and soft drinks) from 9:45 am to 4 pm. Spend the night at South Sea Island Resort in your selected room type—Dorm or Private Bure (specific hotel depends on availability at the time of booking).

Day 2:

On day two, enjoy an underwater adventure with South Sea Snorkelling around some of the Mamanuca Islands’ best reefs, with drinks included. Spend the day kayaking, paddleboarding, or simply relaxing on the beach, surrounded by crystal-clear waters, coral reefs, and vibrant tropical fish. In the afternoon, board the Yasawa Flyer bound for South Sea Island, where you can spend the day kayaking, paddleboarding, or relaxing on the beach.

Day 3:

Board the Yasawa Flyer early on day three and head for Kuata Island. Take a hike to the summit above the resort for a spectacular sunset.

Things to Note

PRICES:

  • All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Free Coach Pickup: Let us know if you would like a complimentary pickup from your hotel/resort in Nadi, Denarau, or Wailoaloa Bay to Port Denarau, where your adventure begins.

EXCLUSIONS:

  • Transfers post-cruise from Port Denarau.
  • Scuba diving.
  • Spa treatments.
  • Any onboard purchases or additional activities are not included in the cruise itinerary.

COMPULSORY MEAL PLAN:

  • The resort requires a mandatory meal package to pay on-site (including three meals per day from check-in to check-out). This is a compulsory requirement by the island resort, meaning guests must dine at the island’s restaurants for all three meals. The reference cost for a 12-day, 11-night stay is approximately FJD $1560 per person. (Bringing outside meals onto the island is also not allowed.)

ACCOMMODATION:

  • Fiji Bure private suite bungalows/bures typically have fans but no air conditioning. The island nights are cool and well-ventilated.

ITINERARY CHANGES:

  • The company reserves the right to make timely adjustments to the itinerary due to weather or flight reasons. Final decisions and interpretations are at the company’s discretion.

RESPONSIBILITY:

  • The company is not responsible for additional expenses incurred due to personal reasons, strikes, weather conditions, political factors, wars, disasters, or other force majeure circumstances.
  • If another company or persons operate the tour, activity, or excursion, Awesome Adventures Fiji acts only as a sales agent. Responsibility for operations and any mishaps lies solely with those operators.

BOOKING RECOMMENDATIONS:

  • Booking at least 10 working days in advance is recommended for better arrangements. Small group tours allow the guide to adjust the itinerary based on circumstances.
  • Optional activities are not mandatory.
  • FIT Travel reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. Once booking is confirmed, prices will not increase.

CANCELLATIONS AND ADDITIONAL FEES:

  • If additional services are required due to personal factors or emergencies, visitors are responsible for the extra fees.
  • If a visitor cannot continue the tour due to emergency medical treatment, it will be considered a forfeit without a refund.

TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS:

  • Do not bring fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, or other food items into Fiji.

BONUS OFFERS:

  • For Island Stay Packages and Awesome Passes, accommodation must be consecutive at the same resort to qualify for bonus offers. Resorts reserve the right to change conditions and bonus offers. Late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

SWIM WITH MANTA RAYS:

  • The inclusion of swimming with manta rays is seasonal (May to October) and subject to availability. An alternative snorkelling trip will be provided if manta rays are not sighted.

DIVE PACKAGES:

  • Age and medical restrictions apply to scuba diving activities. A medical questionnaire must be completed by the dive operator. Divers cannot fly within 24 hours of diving. The company is not responsible for medical conditions arising from diving or flying after a dive.

VISA REQUIREMENTS:

  • All clients must check and comply with Fiji’s visa requirements.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability.
  • All bookings should be reconfirmed with our office the day before departure.
  • Not wheelchair accessible.
  • You can check in at the Port Denarau counter after 10 am the day before departure to avoid queues. Keep your voucher safe as you may need to pay for replacements.
  • Free bus transfers are provided from most Nadi, Denarau, and Wailoaloa Beach area resorts and Nadi International Airport to Port Denarau. Book in advance. If you miss the coach, you will need to find your own way to/from Port Denarau at your own cost. Only one coach is returning to Wailoaloa Beach and Nadi International Airport at approximately 6:15 pm.
  • The company reserves the right to substitute similar properties or reverse the itinerary order if necessary.
  • Awesome Adventures Fiji is not responsible for missed flights or any associated fees due to late arrival at check-in counters.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended due to limited medical facilities in the Yasawa Islands. A valid policy is essential to cover emergency medical treatment, and accidents, and protect your holiday payments in case of cancellation or delays.

Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
