• Chid Policy: Children must be accompanied by an adult. Infant 0-12 months free sitting on a parent’s knee, maximum 1 infant free of charge per booking. Child price applicable to children 1-12 years and under 38 kilograms.
• Minimum & Maximum Numbers: Minimum and maximum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if minimum passenger numbers is not met and in the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
• Carry-on Luggage: On Scenic Flights Each passenger is allowed 1 carry-on bag with a maximum 3 kilograms in weight. For Overnight tours; We can carry a maximum of 15kg bag + 5kg carry on per person.
  If travelling with children up to 38kg, we can take a 30kg bag per child for a family of up to 4 people. For families of 5 the 15kg + 5kg maximum applies. Soft bags are preferred. If your baggage is oversized, you can repack into the supplied bag/s. Fishing rods up to 2m can be taken on board but please remove all hooks. Empty decommissioned dive tanks can be taken on board. No dangerous goods allowed.
• Passenger Weight: All passenger weights MUST be advised prior to travel. The pilot will weigh passengers if they deem that advised weights are incorrect. Unlike other Scenic Flight operators, Nationwest Aviation / Kalbarri Scenic Flights does not have a Max weight limit for passengers. However, due to some aircraft having a maximum seat weight of 120kgs, tickets available through online booking are capped at a total passenger weight of 120kgs. If someone in your party is over 119kgs, please call our booking line to discuss booking options. For our pregnant customers, we welcome you on our flights. However, we do ask that you provide us with a doctor’s certificate confirming that it is safe for you to fly. • Cancellation Policy: For flights cancelled due to weather conditions, mechanical failure or not meeting minimum numbers, passengers will be offered an alternative date or refund. No refund given due to lateness Flights delayed within the same day are not considered cancelled and no refund will be given.
• Late Passenger Policy: Passengers are required to be at the Terminal 30 minutes prior to their flight. When entering the terminal, a safety video will be playing, and pre-flight forms will be available to fill out. Please be advised that passengers who are late and have not completed watching the safety video and
  filling out the pre-flight forms, before the time of boarding (15 minutes prior to the take-off time) will either be marked as a no-show or need to pay a late boarding fee. This is to ensure that the flight can go ahead, and other passengers are not put at a disadvantage.
