• To confirm the booking, we need the following guest details. Please include these details when placing the booking:

  • Free Coach Pickup: Let us know if you would like a complimentary pickup from your hotel/resort in Nadi, Denarau, or Wailoaloa Bay to Port Denarau, where your adventure begins.
• Excludes transfers post-cruise from Port Denarau, beverages (other than those included in the in-cabin minibar), scuba diving, spa treatments, and any onboard purchases or additional activities not included in the cruise itinerary.
• The company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary due to weather or flight reasons and retains final decision-making and interpretation rights.
• The company is not responsible for additional expenses incurred due to personal reasons, strikes, weather conditions, political factors, wars, disasters, or other force majeure circumstances.
• It is recommended to book at least 10 working days in advance for better arrangements.
• Small group tours allow the tour guide to adjust the itinerary order based on specific circumstances.
• Optional activities are not mandatory.
• FIT Travel reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
• Once the booking is confirmed, there will be no price increase.
• Please book in advance to secure your reservation.
• Visitors will be responsible for paying additional fees if personal factors require extra services from the tour guide or staff.
• For example, if a visitor cannot continue the tour due to emergency medical treatment at midnight, FIT Travel will consider it as the visitor's forfeit without a refund.
• All visitors must comply with the tour guide's arrangements and are responsible for the consequences of their actions.
• Do not bring fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, or other food items into Fiji.
• For Island Stay Packages and Awesome Passes, accommodation must be consecutive at the same resort to qualify for bonus offers.
• Resorts have the right to change conditions and bonus offers.
• Late checkouts are subject to availability at the time of stay and may incur an additional cost by the resort.
• The Swim with Manta Rays inclusion is seasonal (May till October) and subject to there being manta rays in the region. An alternative snorkelling trip will be provided if manta rays are not sighted.
• For Dive Packages, age and medical restrictions apply to any scuba diving activities.
• A medical questionnaire must be completed by the company operating the dive.
• Scuba divers cannot fly for 24 hours after diving, and the company accepts no liability for medical conditions experienced as a result of diving or flying after diving.
• It is the responsibility of all customers travelling with Awesome Adventures Fiji to check and adhere to Fiji’s visa requirements.
• Awesome Pass Terms and Conditions:
  • Important: If staying at Paradise Cove when booking an Awesome Pass Upgrade, the meal plan cannot be pre-purchased. All meals must be paid directly to each resort in Fiji upon arrival.
  • Passes are valid for travel on South Sea Cruises and Awesome Adventures Fiji’s vessels to the Mamanucas (Beachcomber Island Resort & South Sea Island only) and Yasawa Islands for the consecutive number of days selected.
  • There is a maximum of 4 nights at any one hotel/resort.
  • A 1-night minimum stay at South Sea Island is required for all guests travelling on an Awesome Standard Grade Pass of 8 nights or more.
  • Passes include complimentary scheduled coach transfers from most Nadi, Denarau & Wailoaloa hotels/resorts to the Yasawa Flyer – pre-booking is required.
  • Passes are activated on the first day of travel and are valid for the period shown on the pass.
  • If clients are still travelling outside the expiry date of the pass, they will be charged the normal fare for any additional sectors travelled.
  • Once clients return to Port Denarau, the pass becomes invalid for further use.
  • All travel is pre-paid, but reservations must still be made for all vessel transfers and accommodation at least 24 hours prior to travel.
  • Accommodation must be booked before disembarking from the South Sea Cruises vessels.
  • Guests must make their accommodation choices in advance of their arrival at a resort.
  • Hotels/resorts can be selected before arriving in Fiji or booked via the Travel Desk on board the Yasawa Flyer or by calling the Awesome Hotline +679 999 5512.
  • Where an additional price is shown under "Meals," these are compulsory meal plan/resort package prices as provided by the Hotels/Resorts.
  • These are per person per pass duration and can either be purchased at the time of booking or paid directly to each resort in Fiji at check-in (in Fijian Dollars).
  • If using Paradise Cove Resort in an Awesome Pass Upgrade itinerary, meals cannot be pre-purchased and must be paid locally in Fiji.
  • Passes can be extended anytime during travel (prior to expiry) by paying the price difference to upgrade to a longer pass directly to the staff at the Travel Desk on board the Yasawa Flyer or by calling the Awesome Hotline +679 999 5512.
  • Any pre-booked accommodation is subject to cancellation fees listed in the Awesome Adventures Terms and Conditions.
  • Lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced "Bula Pass" and/or "Awesome Pass" vouchers will not be replaced.
  • Lost Awesome Passes could result in the holder paying the accommodation directly to the resort for the night specified on the lost voucher.
  • Any pass utilized by a person other than the owner will be forfeited.
