After your hot air balloon adventure, join us for a post-flight gathering where we celebrate with a selection of locally-sourced treats. Complement your experience with our thoughtfully chosen sparkling wine or refreshing orange juice. It's a perfect opportunity to connect with fellow adventurers, our pilot, and support crew, sharing stories and forging new friendships. Please be aware that our offerings may vary to ensure we always serve the finest local produce available.
The tour finish time varies with the seasons (summer, winter and the time of sunrise). We can drop you back to your Cairns accommodation or, with prior notice, we can drop you off to the Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal, Skyrail or perhaps a Cairns cafe or restaurant if you would like to have breakfast at your own arrangements.
After your flight you will be emailed a complimentary voucher for a 3 course meal for Lunch or Dinner at Lemoncellos Restaurant ,The restaurant located in Cairns Aquarium

Hot air balloon flights are subject to suitable weather conditions. If a flight is cancelled due to unfavourable weather:
Should you choose not to rebook, or if no alternative date is available, the Lemoncello’s three-course meal voucher will also be cancelled.
NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable.
b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
