Things to Note

  • A minimum of 4 travelers is required for this tour to operate. If the minimum number is not met, the tour will be canceled, and a cancellation notice will be sent via email 2 days prior to departure.
  • Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The tour will depart on time and will not wait for late arrivals.
  • All time slots are subject to availability and may be adjusted at the discretion of the tour operator.
  • The tour operates in light rain. In the event of severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, or thunderstorms that may affect the safety of the experience, the tour operator will contact you 1 to 2 days in advance to offer options for rescheduling, a land-based alternative tour, or a refund.
  • The tour operator is not liable for any accidents, personal injuries, delays, losses, or damages arising from the provision or failure to provide the listed services.
  • The type and origin of oysters provided are subject to availability. If oysters from local waters are unavailable, they may be sourced from another oyster farm.

Cancellation Policy

15% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 3days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
