Blue Lagoon Cruises Fiji Islands 4 Day 3 Night Explorer Cruise

• Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• To confirm the booking, we require the following guest details. Please provide these details when making the booking:
  • Passenger Names (Full names as per passport for all passengers)
  • Passport Issuing Country
  • Free Transfer Service: Please let us know if you require a complimentary shuttle service. Provide flight details for airport transfer or hotel information for transfer from your mainland hotel to the port.
• Our company reserves the right to make timely adjustments to the itinerary due to weather or flight reasons, and retains the final decision-making and interpretation rights.
• Our company is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to personal reasons, strikes, weather conditions, political factors, wars, disasters, or other force majeure circumstances.
• It is recommended to book at least 10 working days in advance for better arrangements. Small group tours allow the tour guide to adjust the order of the itinerary based on specific circumstances.
• Optional activities are not mandatory.
• FIT Travel reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
• Once the booking is confirmed, there will be no price increase.
• Please book in advance to secure your reservation. If there are personal factors from fellow group members that require additional services from the tour guide or staff, visitors will be responsible for paying the additional fees.
• For example, if a visitor cannot continue the tour due to emergency medical treatment at midnight, FIT Travel will consider it as visitor's forfeit without refund.
• All visitors must comply with the arrangements made by the tour guide, and visitors are responsible for any consequences resulting from their own actions.
• Do not bring fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, or other food items into Fiji.
• Child Policy:
  As this is a small ship cruising product we have a minimum age policy of 14 years for children travelling with parents outside of our special 'Family Cruise Departure Dates. The chosen "Family Cruise" departure dates are all within the Australian and New Zealand school holidays.
• Family Cruise Departures:
  During our Family Departures, our Child age is 5 to 13 years inclusive and an infant is 0 to 4 years inclusive.

• Our "child rate" is a per child rate based on 2 children sharing the same cabin (OR 1 child and 1 adult sharing based on child paying the child fare and adult paying the per person Adult Twin/Double fare).
  One child in their own cabin is charged the full Adult Single Cabin fare.
  An Infant rate is valid for children under 5 years of age (during our designated Family Weeks only) based on sharing an Orchid cabin with 2 Adults (or 2 Children, or 1 Adult & 1 Child). Infants are able to be accommodated using a cabin with an existing day bed - note there are a very limited number of these Orchid Deck cabins available.
  All children / infants must be under the supervision of an adult at all times to the satisfaction of the ship’s Captain and must be able to swim unaided or be prepared to wear a flotation device on all tender transfers.  Please be aware that there is no kids club onboard our ship nor child supervision or nanny's.
• The basic quotation is based on double/twin occupancy in a room, hence the basic price is per person for double occupancy( 1 or 2 Adult in a room).  We don't accept 3 Adults in a room. If your party have 3 Adult , you must book 1 Twin/Double room  + 1 Single room
• Triple share is only available during our designated Family Weeks only(AU & NZ School Holiday) . An Infant rate is valid for children under 5 years of age based on sharing an Orchid cabin with 2 Adults (or 2 Children, or 1 Adult & 1 Child). Infants are able to be accommodated using a cabin with an existing day bed - note there are a very limited number of these Orchid Deck cabins available. 
• For most of the dates are Adults only (Limited Family Departures dates available).
• Scuba Diving is available (for both Certified and Intro level) during our cruises at certain times. Dives can be pre-booked or booked once onboard. Age and medical restrictions apply to diving activities. A medical questionnaire must be completed. Divers cannot fly for 24 hours after diving and Blue Lagoon Cruises accepts no liability for any medical conditions experienced as a result of flying after diving.
• The 6-month advanced purchase rate is only applicable during November 1 to December 19, 2024, and January 7 to March 31, 2025 for the Single Cabin.

Embarking

• At Port Denarau – check-in is available at Port Denarau an hour and a half prior to the scheduled departure for all cruises. Luggage check-in is available from 8.00am. Port Denarau has a wide range of retail outlets, bars, and restaurants.
• From Mamanuca Island Resorts – we offer transfer services directly from select Mamanuca Island Resorts to M.V. Fiji Princess (additional costs apply – prices on application). The pick-up and connections for these transfer services are run by local operators on a private basis exclusively for Blue Lagoon Cruises guests. Our 3- and 7-night guests will join Fiji Princess at Mana or Modriki Islands and our 4-night guests will connect with our South Sea Cruises transfer vessel en route to meeting Fiji Princess in the Sacred Islands.
• The Mamanuca Island resorts we offer transfers for are:
  Plantation Island Resort; Lomani Island Resort, Musket Cove Island Resort, Malolo Island resort, Tropica Island Resort, Likuliku Lagoon Resort, Castaway Island Resort, Mana Island Resort & Spa, Tadri Island Resort, Matamanoa Island Resort, Tokoriki Island Resort, and Sheraton Resort and Spa Tokoriki Island.

Right to cancel or change operations

a. All Cruises are subject to sea and weather conditions particularly in the interest of passenger and crew safety - if weather and sea conditions become unfavourable Blue Lagoon Cruises reserves the right to delay or cancel departures and/or amend itineraries for their comfort and safety as opposed to completing the scheduled service.

b. Blue Lagoon Cruises reserves the right to cancel departures, arrange alternative transport, and/or vary schedules, itineraries, and services if necessary
