How to get there: Take the Big Bus to Stop 2 – Sydney Tower / Westfield Sydney, or walk approximately 5 minutes from Town Hall Station or St James Station.

Madame Tussauds Sydney
Aquarium Wharf, 1–5 Wheat Road, Darling Harbour NSW 2000
Situated in Darling Harbour, next to SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium and WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo.
How to get there: Take the Big Bus to Stop 19, then walk 1 minute, or walk approximately 10 minutes from Town Hall Station.

Things to Note

  • All prices are quoted in AUD (Australian Dollars).
  • This is a hop-on, hop-off self-guided tour. Please keep your ticket safe and present it to the driver when boarding.
  • Tickets can be redeemed using either a printed voucher or an e-voucher with any Big Bus driver or staff member.
  • After booking, a tour voucher will be emailed to you, including full operator contact details.
  • Ticket validity begins when first activated on board, allowing unlimited rides during the active period.
  • Big Bus operates 365 days a year, although routes may be adjusted or diverted due to local events or road closures.
  • Each route takes approximately 90 minutes, so please allow sufficient time to complete your sightseeing.
  • The bus is an open-top double-decker and operates in all weather. The upper deck has a retractable roof; please bring sun protection or rain gear as needed.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult, and care should be taken when boarding or alighting.
  • If your ticket includes the Harbour Cruise, please confirm departure time and location, and arrive at least 15 minutes before boarding.
  • Free Wi-Fi and multilingual audio commentary (8 languages) are available onboard. For the best experience, it is recommended to bring your own earphones.

Cancellation Policy

15% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 3days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
