Tour Information

The Bula Pass is the best way to explore Fiji’s stunning islands, allowing you to hop on and off the fast ferry along its route through the Yasawa islands (note: you must have accommodation booked on an island before you disembark).

Along with your departure date and number of people, you will be able to select your preferred duration from 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13 or 15 days of island hopping.   • Travel insurance (strongly recommended): Travel Insurance: There are very limited medical facilities in the Yasawas so if any medical problem arises you will very likely need to return to Nadi. If you develop a serious medical problem your clients will most likely want to leave Fiji for Australia, New Zealand, or home. There is also a higher degree of risk in public areas, on local vessels, etc. Sea conditions and sometimes cyclones can prevent travel on the booked dates as well. It is, therefore, an essential condition of travelling with Awesome Adventures Fiji that you have a valid travel insurance policy to cover the cost of any emergency medical treatment or accident and to protect your clients' holiday payments in the event of cancellation and/or delays.

  • Awesome Adventures Fiji will be collecting a Fuel Surcharge of FJD 20.00 per person upon arrival. Clients staying at Mantaray Island Resort will be charged a FJD 10.00 per person per night fuel surcharge until further notice which needs to be paid directly at the resort.

  • Due to the increase in global fuel prices, a fuel surcharge will be applied by the cruise operator from 7 April 2026. 💰 Fuel Surcharge: FJD $20 per person per sailing 📌 Payment Method:Pay online prior to departure, or at check-in / before boarding on the day Credit card payments accepted (a 2.5%–3% surcharge may apply) , This fee is charged by the cruise operator and is not included in your original booking. The fuel levy may be reviewed and adjusted monthly.

Transportation

  • Departs: The South Sea Cruises Vessel departs from Port Denarau at 8:45 am
  • Coach Transfers: Complimentary scheduled coach transfers to/from Port Denarau Marina are provided by Awesome Adventures Fiji to/from most Nadi, Denarau & Wailoaloa area hotels/resorts as well as from Nadi Airport. Return transfers must be booked in advance. Please note, that only one coach is returning to hotels/resorts in the Wailoaloa area and to Nadi Airport, departing Denarau each afternoon at approximately 6:15 pm.

  • Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • To confirm the booking, we need the following guest details, Please include these details when placing the booking :
    • Passenger Names (Passport Full names of all passengers)
    • Country of Residence
    • Free Coach Pickup: Let us know if you would like a complimentary pickup from your hotel/resort in Nadi, Denarau, or Wailoaloa Bay to Port Denarau, where your adventure begins.
  • Transfers post-cruise from Port Denarau, beverages (other than those included in the in-cabin minibar), scuba diving, and spa treatments. any onboard purchases or additional activities not included in the cruise itinerary are excluded.
  • Our company reserves the right to make timely adjustments to the itinerary due to weather or flight reasons and retains the final decision-making and interpretation rights.
  • Our company is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to personal reasons, strikes, weather conditions, political factors, wars, disasters, or other force majeure circumstances.
  • It is recommended to book at least 10 working days in advance for better arrangements. Small group tours allow the tour guide to adjust the order of the itinerary based on specific circumstances.
  • Optional activities are not mandatory.
  • FIT Travel reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
  • Once the booking is confirmed, there will be no price increase.
  • Please book in advance to secure your reservation. If there are personal factors from fellow group members that require additional services from the tour guide or staff, visitors will be responsible for paying the additional fees.
  • For example, if a visitor cannot continue the tour due to emergency medical treatment at midnight, FIT Travel will consider it as a visitor's forfeit without a refund.
  • All visitors must comply with the arrangements made by the tour guide, and visitors are responsible for any consequences resulting from their own actions.
  • Do not bring fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, or other food items into Fiji.
  • For Island Stay Packages and Awesome Passes, accommodation must be consecutive at the same resort to qualify for bonus offers. Important: Resorts have the right to change conditions and bonus offers. Late checkouts are subject to availability at the time of stay and may incur an additional cost by the resort.
  • The Swim with manta ray inclusion is seasonal (May till October) and subject to there being manta rays in the region. An alternative snorkelling trip will be provided should the manta rays not be sighted.
  • For Dive Packages, age, and medical restrictions apply to any scuba diving activities. A medical questionnaire must be completed by the Company operating the Dive. Scuba divers cannot fly for 24 hours after diving and the company accepts no liability for medical conditions experienced as a result of diving or flying after diving.
  • It is the responsibility of all customers travelling with Awesome Adventures Fiji to check and adhere to Fiji’s visa requirements.
  • Please note: Each step of your journey beyond the initial departure date needs to be reserved at least 24 hours before travel, and island accommodation must be booked before disembarking the Yasawa flyer. Returning to Denarau at any point before the end date of the pass renders it invalid for further use.

Cancellation Policy

10% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 45days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
