Prices :Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
To confirm the booking, we need the following guest details. Please include these details when placing the booking:
- Passenger Names (Full names as per passport for all passengers)
- Country of Residence
- Free Coach Pickup: Let us know if you would like a complimentary pickup from your hotel/resort in Nadi, Denarau, or Wailoaloa Bay to Port Denarau, where your adventure begins.
Exclusions
Some Beverages (other than those included in the in-cabin minibar), scuba diving, spa treatments, any onboard purchases, or additional activities not included in the cruise itinerary are excluded.
Compulsory Meal Plan
The resort requires a mandatory meal package to pay on-site (including three meals per day from check-in to check-out). This is a compulsory requirement by the island resort, meaning guests must dine at the island’s restaurants for all three meals. The reference cost for a 5-day, 4-night stay is approximately FJD $550 per person. (Bringing full meals onto the island is also not allowed.).
Accommodation
Fiji Bure private suite bungalows/bures often come equipped with fans only and do not have air conditioning. However, the island nights are cool and well-ventilated, so you can rest assured.
Itinerary Adjustments
Our company reserves the right to make timely adjustments to the itinerary due to weather or flight reasons and retains the final decision-making and interpretation rights. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to personal reasons, strikes, weather conditions, political factors, wars, disasters, or other force majeure circumstances.
Booking Recommendations
It is recommended to book at least 10 working days in advance for better arrangements. Small group tours allow the tour guide to adjust the order of the itinerary based on specific circumstances. Optional activities are not mandatory.
Price Adjustments
FIT Travel reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. Once the booking is confirmed, there will be no price increase. Please book in advance to secure your reservation.
Additional Services
If personal factors from fellow group members require additional services from the tour guide or staff, visitors will be responsible for paying the additional fees. For example, if a visitor cannot continue the tour due to emergency medical treatment at midnight, FIT Travel will consider it a visitor's forfeit without a refund.
Compliance
All visitors must comply with the arrangements made by the tour guide. Visitors are responsible for any consequences resulting from their actions. Do not bring fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, or other food items into Fiji.
Accommodation and Bonuses
For Island Stay Packages and Awesome Passes, accommodation must be consecutive at the same resort to qualify for bonus offers. Resorts have the right to change conditions and bonus offers. Late checkouts are subject to availability at the time of stay and may incur an additional cost by the resort.
Seasonal Activities
The Swim with manta ray inclusion is seasonal (May to October) and subject to there being manta rays in the region. An alternative snorkelling trip will be provided should the manta rays not be sighted.
Dive Packages
For Dive Packages, age and medical restrictions apply to any scuba diving activities. A medical questionnaire must be completed by the company operating the dive. Scuba divers cannot fly for 24 hours after diving, and the company accepts no liability for medical conditions experienced as a result of diving or flying after diving.
Visa Requirements
It is the responsibility of all customers travelling with Awesome Adventures Fiji to check and adhere to Fiji’s visa requirements.

- All passengers over the age of 17 are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a WHO-recognized vaccine. Customers will need to complete and submit a pre-cruise health declaration form and provide government-issued evidence of their COVID-19 vaccination.
