About City Wineny:
City Winery Brisbane is the first winery in Brisbane since 1860. Our own brand of wine made
completely in house is named after the city’s last winemaker and viticulturist, Carl Gerler. The
venue is a working micro-winery, sourcing small parcels of quality grapes from where they grow
best across Australia, and bringing them to the city where winemakers Dave and Kris Cush create
delicious Gerler wines.

City Winery Brisbane provides multiple options for individual, groups, private functions events, and
a modern Australian restaurant which showcases stunning farm-fresh, local produce.
The winery is located in Fortitude Valley, a mere 4 minute drive from Brisbane CBD offering mustdo wine and food experiences.

A cellar door & wine experience centre in the heart of the CBD.
City Winery Edward Street is City Winery Brisbane’s pop-up cellar door and wine experience
centre, located on 162 Edward Street in Brisbane’s CBD, nestled amongst iconic, international
fashion brands. Join us for wine tastings, wine experiences or pop in with a group of friends for a
glass of wine after work. Of course, you can always just swing by and grab a bottle to take home.
Our wine experiences are a great way to entertain small or large groups.

Gerler Wine Tasting with Lunch or Dinner 

Wine tasting of 4 x of our wines and a two-course lunch or dinner.
Allow: 90 minutes. Minimum group size 2 pax.

Guests can enjoy a two-course lunch/dinner featuring ingredients sourced fresh from Queensland farms. Please make a reservation in advance and inform us of any dietary requirements.

For that experience, the available booking times are 12pm and 1:30pm on Saturdays.

UNIQUE EXPERIENCES

Wine Blending Workshop (Valid for FIT & Groups up to 15 pax)
Blend your own bottle of wine and take it home!
You will work with the winemaker or knowledgeable staff member to blend up your own bottle of
wine. You will learn about the various elements that go into blending a bottle of wine, things like
whole bunch, pressings and half-whole bunch and the art of getting the mix right. You get to bottle
and seal your own unique blend and label it! A fun, yet informative session that combines wine
tasting with wine making principles. Allow 90-120 minutes. Min group size is 2 pax. Available
every Sunday 2pm – 4pm

Wine and Food Pairing Experience (Valid for FIT & Groups up to 15 pax)
Wine and food pairing masterclass learning about how food and wine work together.
Hosted by our winemaker or knowledgeable staff member, guests will learn about how food and
wine work together and what styles of wines works with various types of food. The wine and food
masterclass revolves around six dishes and wine pairings that in total will be the equivalent to a full
meal. Allow 90-120 minutes. Min group size 2 pax. Available every Saturday 12pm – 2pm.
