Mr Farmer said Nudey Beach is “probably the loveliest island we have where a lush, protected rainforest meets a colourful reef – and it’s the Great Barrier Reef”. The founder of Ocean Care Day and the Surfriders Foundation, Mr Farmer spent five months researching Australia’s 11,761 beaches to compile his list. Enjoy the Island hiking summit walk , quality beach time , snorkeling or Kayak/SUP ( Optional Hire Fee ) . Welcome to visit Cairns turtle rehabilitation centre on the island (small donation applied)

Pre-dawn pick up: 03:30-04:30am
Pick-up at all Cairns accommodation & hotels (in CBD areas) by a Hot Air Balloon Cairns coach for your Hot Air Balloon ride. There is a one hour transfer. Pickup times are confirmed on booking.
06:30am: Experience the fun & unique sensation of being in a Hot Air Balloon, flying gently high above the Atherton Tablelands, Australia. The balloon takes off from Mareeba on the Atherton Tablelands. Enjoy the picturesque landscape at dawn, floating in your Hot Air Balloon, time to really breathe in the wide-open spaces! We have Australia's largest fleet of Hot Air Balloons and a fun and highly trained crew to maximise the enjoyment of your balloon flight. It's just like a balloon festival, every day!
07:50am: Our hot air balloon flights are more than an aerial adventure. Upon landing, you're invited to a post-flight celebration featuring an array of locally-sourced refreshments. Delight in a selection of fresh fruits, energising muesli bars, scrumptious muffins, and a delectable variety of savoury pastries and quiche. Pair these with our carefully selected sparkling wine or a refreshing orange juice, as you share your experiences and create connections with fellow adventurers, our pilot, and support crew. Please note, our offerings may vary to continuously provide you with the best of local produce.
09:15 - 09:30am: Drop off to Reef Fleet Terminal and Check in at Fitzroy island counter.
10:45 - 11:30am: Departure from Cairns to Fitzroy island.
11:30 - 14:00pm: Free time in Fitzroy island (Basic Package).
11:30 - 16:00pm*: Free time in Fitzroy island (Recreation Package)
Swim at various beaches / Walk through the rainforest /Picture perfect scenery / Upgrading to the Recreation Combo includes Snorkel Gear and a Glass Bottom Boat Tour on the island
16:00 - 16:45pm: Ferry From Fitzroy island back to Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal (make own way back to your accommodation)

Transportation

03:30 - 4:30am (varies depends on the seasons) pick up from your accommodation to Tableland
08:30 - 09:30am Pick up from Tableland to Cairns Marlin Wharf.
Passengers are no longer required to check in inside The Reef Fleet Terminal. Guests travelling to Fitzroy Island can now check in directly at the vessel based on Finger A, Marlin Wharf. Guests will receive an email and SMS message the afternoon prior to their day of travel outlining everything they need to know. This includes a map of the marina and where the vessels are located.
Departure at 16:00pm from Fitzroy island back to Cairns City Terminal and make own way to your accommodation

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.
Children below 4 years old, expectant mothers, and travelers with reduced mobility are not allowed to participate in this activity.
Travelers with the following conditions are not recommended for participation: High blood pressure, Cardiac disease, Acrophobia, Pregnancy.
Hot air balloons usually fly at an altitude of 2,500–4,500 feet; travelers who went scuba diving the night before this tour are not allowed admission; travelers who went scuba diving in the morning 1 day before this tour are required to consult a licensed diving instructor about this tour and are responsible for their own health.
Admission will not be granted to travelers who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication; refunds will not be granted under such circumstances.
Travelers are advised to wear closed-toe shoes or sneakers; note that high heels are not allowed.
Please wear long pants for this tour; skirts are not allowed.
The temperature is low in the morning, recommend to bring your own jumper.
Travelers are advised to wear outdoor clothing and to avoid wearing white clothes.
Travelers are advised to bring sun hats and sunglasses.
Please make sure to bring sufficient water.
Please bring swimming suit, sandals, towel and sunscreen when go to the Great Barrier Reef.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation if cancel outside 3days. No refund if cancel within 3days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
