Meet point in MEL Airport (ExperienceOz)

When you arrive and collect your luggage, please proceed to the Con-X-ion meeting point located at Counter 1 in the Terminal 1. Refer to the map below for the meeting location. Complete your check-in and confirm your details with the staff at the Experience Oz service desk, who can also assist with any inquiries and guide you to the waiting area for shuttle pick-up.

(If you don't have a mobile phone, you can head to the T2 International Arrivals area - Information Center counter for a complimentary phone), and you can reach the lobby by taking the escalator at T3. Your service will be provided by the public buses marked with Con-X-ion and/or Stream Shuttle badges.
