Pricing and Inclusions:

• Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• To confirm the booking, we need the following guest details. Please include these details when placing the booking:
  • Passenger Names (Full names as per passport for all passengers)
  • Country of Residence
  • Free Coach Pickup: Let us know if you would like a complimentary pickup from your hotel/resort in Nadi, Denarau, or Wailoaloa Bay to Port Denarau, where your adventure begins.
• Some expenses are not included in the price, such as post-cruise transfers from Port Denarau, beverages (except those in the in-cabin minibar), scuba diving, spa treatments, onboard purchases, and additional activities not listed in the itinerary.
• A compulsory Meal Plan is required, covering 3 meals daily from check-in to check-out. This plan must be paid on-site when check in. Guests must dine at the island's restaurants and cannot bring their own meals. 
• All activities provided will be based on the activities provided at the hotel confirmed in the final itinerary and may be substituted for an alternative should they not be available or operational upon clients arrival.
• During peak seasons, weekend holidays, and school holidays, group spots and accommodations are prone to filling up quickly. If the hotel is fully booked, we may require an additional payment or offer an alternative hotel or upgraded room type. Before ticket issuance, our company reserves the right to adjust accommodation prices. If the price exceeds the original sale price, you may choose to accept the adjustment or request a refund. After ticket issuance, changes to the itinerary will not be allowed.

Accommodation:

• Fiji Bure private suite bungalows often have fans but no air conditioning. The island remains cool and well-ventilated at night.

  Dorms with shared bathrooms at:
  • South Sea Island: 16-bed unisex Dorm or 6-bed girls-only Dorm
  • Barefoot Kuata Island Resort: 7-bed unisex or 7-bed girls only Kuata Dorm
  • Octopus Resort: 12-bunk bed dorm or 7-single bed unisex Dorm
  • Mantaray Island Resort: 32-bed unisex Paradise Dorm
  • Barefoot Manta Island Resort: 7-bed unisex or 7-bed girls-only Vai Dorm
  • Blue Lagoon Beach Resort: 12 bed dorm, unisex, either bunk bed or single bed
  • Boathouse Nanuya: 6-bed male or female Dorm
  • Oarsman’s Bay Lodge (available until 31 March 2025): 8-bed unisex Dorm 

Travel Insurance:

• Strongly recommended due to limited medical facilities in the Yasawas. If serious medical issues arise, you may need to return to Nadi or leave Fiji for Australia, New Zealand, or home. Travel insurance should cover emergency medical treatment, accidents, and any cancellation or delay costs.

Booking and Changes:

• It is recommended to book at least 10 working days in advance for optimal arrangements.
• Optional activities are not mandatory.
• FIT Travel reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice but will not increase prices once the booking is confirmed.
• If personal factors necessitate additional services, visitors are responsible for any extra fees.
• The company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather, flight issues, or property availability, and may substitute similar properties or reverse the itinerary if necessary.

Transfers and Pickup:

• Complimentary coach transfers are available to/from most Nadi, Denarau, and Wailoaloa Beach area resorts, and Nadi International Airport. Reservations are required, and missing the transfer means arranging your own transportation at your expense. Only one coach returns to the Wailoaloa Beach area and Nadi International Airport around 6:15 PM.

Additional Information:

• Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability.
• All bookings should be reconfirmed with our office the day before departure.
• Not wheelchair accessible.
• For a quicker check-in, visit our Port Denarau counter after 10 AM the day before departure.
• You will receive necessary documents/vouchers to board the vessel. Keep them safe as replacements may incur a fee.
• Do not bring fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, or other food into Fiji.
• For Island Stay Packages and Awesome Passes, accommodations must be consecutive at the same resort to qualify for bonus offers. Resorts reserve the right to change conditions and offers.

Special Considerations:

• Swimming with manta rays is seasonal (May to October) and subject to manta ray availability. If no manta rays are sighted, an alternative snorkeling trip will be provided.
• Age and medical restrictions apply to diving activities. A medical questionnaire must be completed, and divers cannot fly within 24 hours of diving. The company is not liable for conditions arising from diving or flying after diving.
• All travelers must comply with Fiji's visa requirements.

Responsibility for operations and mishaps lies with those operators, not Awesome Adventures Fiji. The company is not responsible for missed flights or associated expenses due to late arrival at check-in counters.
