SAFETY

Safety is the most important element of any cruise and we care about the safety of all our passengers. A safety briefing is provided for all our passengers shortly after boarding and will
cover the necessary emergency and safety information.

ACCIDENT PREVENTION

Onboard: Please be careful when moving around the vessel and always hold the handrails when going up or down stairs. The stairs to the sun deck are quite steep - please take care.
Never hold the frames of open doors as the ship’s motion may cause the door to close on your hands or fingers. Open decks are slippery when wet. Use caution when walking in these areas.
Rubber soled shoes are suggested.

Onshore: When attending bushwalks, wear comfortable, welltreaded footwear, preferably boots with ankle support. In warmer weather it is recommended to wear long trousers and tops to
prevent against bites and the sun. Be on the lookout for snakes and other fauna and take particular care around long grass, hollow logs, and rocks. Take plenty of water to remain hydrated.

REPORTING HAZARDS

Whilst all endeavours have been made to make it safe for our passengers, there may be circumstances which create an unknown hazard, please let us know immediately if you see
anything unsafe.

CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE

For child safety, children under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by guardians for the entirety of the cruise and all onshore activities. Adults who are not the parent or legal guardian of any child travelling with them will be required to provide an original, legally affirmed, or notarised letter signed by at least one of the child’s parents/legal guardians.

ONSHORE ACTIVITIES

During the cruise, passengers will have the opportunity to participate in various activities, some of which, will be at third party owned and operated facilities and be self-guided or guided.
Please always listen to announcement and follow the safety instructions and signage.

ENVIRONMENT

We offer unique access to some picturesque landscapes and country, and we ask visitors to show respect by not touching or removing anything and making sure you remove all your rubbish
with you when you leave. Please note that some of the places you visit may have spiritual significance to Indigenous Australians and as such some areas may be restricted. Please respect the wishes of traditional owners.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Weapons, ammunition, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on the ship. Other prohibited items may interfere with the safe operation of the ship or the safe and secure environment of
our passengers and crew; these include flammable liquids and explosives, power boards and extension cords, dangerous chemicals, alcoholic beverages, knives, candles and incense.
