Peninsula Hot Springs is the first natural hot springs, day spa, and wellness destination in Victoria. Natural geothermal mineral waters flow into the pools and private baths at this award-winning coastal oasis, providing an idyllic setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. Peninsula Hot Springs’ two bathing facilities provide an experience for everyone.

Relaxation starts as soon as you book your visit to the Bath House, a place for families and friends to bathe and relax while connecting in nature. Immerse yourself in our expansive coastal oasis with over 50 globally-inspired bathing and wellness experiences to explore. To make your experience as smooth as possible, book at least a day in advance to secure your preferred booking and save. Spaces are limited.

Bath House Food & Beverage Options

From a selection of light meals, refreshing drinks and freshly ground coffee, we serve simple yet healthy dishes to be enjoyed in our cafe spaces or surrounded by nature in our relaxing Bath House picnic area.

Option 1: Lunch & Bathe (8am-8pm)

Between bathing in the geothermal springs of our Bath House, enjoy a nourishing lunch at your leisure from our Bath House Cafe or Amphitheatre Cafe to the value of $30. Available on any item during operating hours.

Attire: swimwear, thongs
Bring: water bottle, towel, robe optional

• Entire $30 credit to be used in one transaction.
• Admission includes unlimited access to over 50 bathing experiences.
• Pre-booking several days in advance is advised.

Option 2: Sustain & Bathe (11am - 5pm)

A dining experience designed to nourish your appetite and replenish your body. For groups of 30 and above, enjoy a selection of healthy food and drink options from our Sustain dining menu.

Attire: swimwear, thongs
Bring: water bottle, towel, robe optional

• Bath House Bathing available 5am–11pm, 7 days a week.
• Sustain dining available from 11am–5pm.
• Admission includes unlimited access to over 50 bathing experiences.
• Food will be served 30 minutes after group arrival/check-in unless specified otherwise.

Menu: Bliss balls, platter of mixed bagels and ciabatta rolls, salad of the day, seasonal fruit platter & dried nuts, orange juice, tulsi tea and water

Option 3: Food Bowl Discovery Tour & Bathing (10:30am)

45 minutes | max 20 per tour | Daily Availability: 11.45am
Enhance your revitalise bathing experience and go on a guided tour with a member of our Land and Environment team and learn how gardening using organic principles can produce nutrient rich healthy herbs and vegetables for your own table. On this introductory tour we will discuss the S.L.O.W. (seasonal, local, organic, wholefoods) food philosophy and how it inspired development of the Food Bowl. With a view of the Mornington Peninsula region, guests will be treated to a nourishing morning tea in one of our Food Bowl Glasshouses.

Bring: water bottle, robe and SunSmart attire is recommended for high UV days

• Bath house Revitalise bathing
• Unlimited access to over 50 bathing experiences
• Tour of the food bowl with a L&E team member (30 mins)
• Morning Tea in the glasshouse inclusive of either a muffin of the day, savoury scones OR protein balls and as seasonal fruit platter and tulsi tea (15 mins)
