Upon take-off enjoy full panoramic views of the Sydney skyline, Pacific Ocean and the historic Port Botany. Within 5 minutes your professional pilot will have you over the beautiful Sydney Harbour flying past icons such as the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House before heading North over Sydney’s glistening northern beaches, right up to Palm Beach.

As Pittwater emerges below, the flight heads inland to the Hawkesbury River and Brisbane Waters regions before passing over the Central Coast to eventually land amongst the famed vineyards of the Hunter Valley.

Upon arrival, indulge in a gourmet lunch at one of the Hunter Valley's most esteemed restaurants, set in a tranquil environment. Here, the region's authentic country hospitality beautifully complements the exceptional food and wine for which it is famous.

Bistro Molines is set among the peaceful surrounds of Carillion Wines, overlooking a valley of terraced vineyards and grazing cattle. Owner and head chef Robert Molines creates sophisticated French Provencal dishes for his ever-changing menu and continues to amaze with his culinary genius and relaxed friendly service that attracts people from the world over.

Established in 1994, the Carillion Wines boutique collection specialises in traditional local varieties of Semillon, Verdelho, Chardonnay and Shiraz. Family-owned and operated, Carillion Wines is renowned for producing small batches of great wine oozing with creativity and designed for enjoyment.

Hope Estate Group Chef Anthony Fullerton heads up the kitchen at Tower Lodge where the dining experience is designed to mirror the Hunter Valley’s intrinsic connection with food and wine.

Drawing fresh local produce from a community of local Hunter Valley producers and growers, as well as from the Hope family’s own Angus cattle farms in the lush green pastures of the Upper Hunter, the menu is a culinary experience of the region best shared with a loved one, or with family and friends around the table

Tower Estate is a creation of Australian wine industry legend Len Evans AO and includes Hunter Valley Semillon, Barossa Valley Shiraz, Clare Valley Riesling, Adelaide Hills Chardonnay as well as a Macedon Ranges Malbec. Purchased in 2013, Tower Estate is a part of the Hope Estate family of beverages and sits alongside Virgin Hills, Hope Brewery, and the Hope Distillery.

Transportation

Things to Note

  • Any prices listed are in the currency of Australian dollar (AUD).
  • Please advise full name of every guest
  • Note: Maximum 135kg per passenger. Maximum combined total weight for a shared flight for 2 passengers is 180kg, 3 passengers is 240kg. Accurate weight is required.
  • Child and Infant Policy
    • An infant is a passenger that has not yet reached their 2nd birthday. Infants must travel on an adult's lap for the duration of the flight.
    • Passengers with an infant are required to book a private flight
    • Children are 2 - 13 years of age where full fare applies
  • Guest Weights
    • All flights are subject to confirmation of passenger weights, individuals who are in excess of 110kg (242lbs) may incur a surcharge and couples in excess of 180kg (397 lbs) in total will be required to book a private flight
    • We operate Robinson helicopters that have a maximum seat limitation of 135kg (297lbs), passengers in excess of this weight will be required to fly in a Eurocopter helicopter that may incur additional cost subject to the number of passengers travelling
    • All passengers are weighed prior to boarding the helicopter
      Inaccurate weights may result in a guest not being unable to fly where no refund will be provided
  •  Any flight cancelled by Sydney HeliTours will not incur a cancellation charge and all endeavours will be made to re-schedule the flight to a mutually convenient time and/or date
    Sydney HeliTours will not be held liable for costs associated with airfares, accommodation or anything else due to helicopter flights which do not proceed as booked.

Cancellation Policy

15% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 7days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
