Self Drive

The Sydney Opera House Car Park, operated by Wilson Parking, is open and available to use. Wilson Parking offer discounted parking if you book ahead. Please see their website for details.

Public Transfer

Please check the Transport NSW website for the latest advice and information on travel and COVID-19 safety measures. You can catch public transport (bus, train, ferry) to Circular Quay and enjoy a six min walk to the Opera House.

All prices are per person and in AUD (Australian dollars).

Eligibility and Accessibility

Suitable for adults and children aged 10 to 15 years when accompanied by an adult.
Children under 10 years of age are not permitted on the tour.
This tour may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility due to the number of stairs involved.
The tour includes more than 300 steps.

Important Information

Guests must be able to understand the tour commentary, which is conducted in English.
Please arrive at the Stage Door at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to allow sufficient time for check-in.
Failure to arrive on time may be treated as a no-show, and bookings may be forfeited without refund or transfer.
Please present the FIT Travel voucher at check-in. The Sydney Opera House confirmation number will be displayed on the voucher.
Enclosed, rubber-soled walking shoes must be worn. Guests who do not meet the footwear requirements may be refused entry.
Face masks are recommended while inside theatres and foyers, including during tours and performances.
Bags larger than A4 size must be cloaked before joining the tour. Suitcase storage is not available.
Tour venues are subject to availability due to live performances and operational requirements.
Mobile phones are permitted but should be switched off or set to silent during the tour.
Photography is permitted in most areas. Your guide will advise if photography is restricted in specific locations.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation if cancel outside 7days. No refund if cancel within 7days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
