The Sydney Opera House Car Park, operated by Wilson Parking, is open and available to use. Wilson Parking offer discounted parking if you book ahead. Please see their website for details.

Public Transfer

Please check the Transport NSW website for the latest advice and information on travel and COVID-19 safety measures. You can catch public transport (bus, train, ferry) to Circular Quay and enjoy a six min walk to the Opera House.

Things to Note

  • All fares are inclusive of GST in AUD.
  • This tour is available for adults, as well as children aged between 10 and 15 years who must be accompanied by an adult at all times. For safety reasons children under the age of 10 are not able to take part in the tour
  • This tour may not be suitable for travellers with reduced mobility, as the tour contains at least 300 steps up and down stairs
  • To ensure the quality of experience, please be reminded that guests have the ability to understand English commentary, no refund will be applied if guests fail to comprehend the introduction

Reminder

  • Please ensure you arrive at the Stage Door 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time to allow enough time to check in. Failure to arrive before this time will most likely be classified as no-show and result in forfeiting the booking without a refund or transfer
  • Please must present the FIT Travel voucher on the spot, which will display the confirmation number for Sydney Opera House on the right side
  • Please must wear enclosed, rubber-soled shoes which is suitable for walking as the tour contains at least 200 steps stairs, or may be refused entry on the tour
  • Face masks are strongly recommended for all patrons while inside our theatres and foyers, including during a performance and on a tour. Please bring your own mask
  • Bags larger than an A4-sized piece of paper will need to be cloaked before you can go on the tour; storage for suitcase will not be available
  • Due to the staging of numerous live performances, venues are subject to availability at the time of your tour
  • Mobile phones are permitted on the tour, however, please ensure they are switched off or on silent for the duration of the tour
  • There are plenty of photo opportunities - your tour guide will advise you if photos are not to be taken at any point

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation if cancel outside 7days. No refund if cancel within 7days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
