*Cruise Ships: Please note if you are travelling to the Whitsundays on a cruise ship, the timings of this charter do not always align with visiting cruise ship schedules- if your cruise ship tender leaves Port of Airlie Marina before 3:45pm.
Cruise Ship guests- please note if your cruise ship tenders are late or do not make it to shore for any reason you forfeit your tour and will need to claim the loss on travel insurance.
To avoid disappointment, please check the details of your embark and disembark times with your cruise ship thoroughly before booking.

Can kids join this tour?
Yes. Children aged 5+ are welcome. For younger children or infants, private charters are available.
Does this tour visit Whitehaven Beach?
No. This tour explores the northern Whitsunday Islands. Locations vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
Are marina transfers included?
No. Guests must make their own way to Coral Sea Marina. It is within walking distance from central Airlie Beach, or you can take a local bus, taxi or Uber.
Can I join without doing the water activities?
Absolutely. You can simply relax onboard Wings III and enjoy the sailing and island scenery.
Can I snorkel if I cannot swim?
No. Guests must be able to swim to enter the water. Flotation aids are available for less confident swimmers.
Are wetsuits provided?
Yes. Quality wetsuits are provided and recommended year-round for warmth, sun and marine protection.
Does the tour operate in rain or windy weather?
Yes, the tour normally operates in light rain and windy conditions. The skipper will choose protected locations when required. Tours may be cancelled in unsafe or severe weather.
Should I take seasickness tablets?
If you are prone to seasickness, we recommend taking medication before boarding.
How long does it take to reach the first stop?
Approximately 1.5 hours to the first anchorage or snorkelling location.
Can I bring my own drinks?
Yes. BYO pre-chilled alcohol and soft drinks is welcome (no glass or red wine). Refrigeration and cups are provided onboard.
Is food included?
Yes. Morning tea and a tropical buffet lunch are included. Vegetarian options are available with prior notice.
Is this tour suitable for cruise ship passengers?
It depends on your ship schedule. Please check your tender and departure times carefully. If your last tender departs before 3:45pm, this tour may not be suitable. Missed tours due to cruise ship delays are non-refundable.
What happens if I arrive late?
Late arrivals and missed departures are treated as a no-show and are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

10% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 3days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
