Things to Note

  • All prices are listed in AUD.
  • This tour is not recommended for Children under six years old, but they can still go. Children under 6 years old must be approved before departure, and there are limitations regarding their participation in water activities. Children under six years old need to supply their life jackets.
  • Recommended for confident swimmers who have previously snorkelled.
  • All guests will need to be able to swim for 100m.
  • What to bring: Pack a small bag (dry bag recommended) and include:
    • Sunscreen, sunglasses, a towel and a hat
    • Practical clothing and footwear (warmer items during winter)
    • Underwater camera
    • Card for purchases, no cash
    • Refillable water bottle
  • Travel insurance is recommended, particularly during the wet season (January-April).

Please be advised that snorkelling is a physical activity requiring a certain level of fitness and ability.

Recently, there have been instances where guests arriving at snorkelling locations have limited physical capacity to snorkel. While the crew is always on hand to assist with fitting masks and snorkels, delivering safety briefings on basic snorkelling, and helping guests enter the water, there are inherent physical demands associated with snorkelling. We kindly ask that you ensure you are aware of these requirements before participating in these tours. 

The restrictions outlined in the document below align with the Snorkelling Code of Practice 2024, approved under the Safety in Recreational Water Activities Act 2011. As per legal requirements, any passenger who indicates they have a medical condition must complete the form provided at check-in. Please click on the link below should you wish to view the form.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation if cancel outside 24hours. No refund if cancel within 24hours.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
