• By law, the minimum age to tandem skydive in Australia is 16 years old. If a guest is between 16 and 18 years old, please leave a note when booking as the supplier must be informed in writing before the jump date. Guests between 16 and 18 years of age must have parental or legal guardian consent. For guests under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must be present at the drop zone on the day of the skydive. If a parent or legal guardian is not present, the customer must immediately notify a member of staff at the drop zone, who will arrange for the correct documents of consent to be sent and signed before skydiving
• Participants weighing more than 95 kg are subject to assessment by instructors. Please refer to the surcharge info for the fees for different weight

  • 100 – 109kg -> +$50
  • 110 – 115kg -> +$100
• The inspector will evaluate weather and other conditions to decide if the activity should be cancelled due to safety reasons
• If you are on medication or have any special physical conditions, please consult your medical doctor before booking• Please arrive on time. Passengers will need to clear the entire day as all passengers on the transfer must finish the jump before the bus returns. An estimated time of departure will be provided when the booking is confirmed
• Travelers with the following conditions are not recommended for participation:
  High blood pressure, Cardiac disease, Acrophobia, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnancy
• Please arrive at the designated location 20 minutes before departure, as the tour will depart on time
• Please do not drink alcoholic beverages for at least 8 hrs before skydiving and do not take part in any diving activities 24 hrs before skydiving
• We recommend that you bring your own snacks and water. If you wish to purchase snacks or water, on-site staff will assist you
• Skydiving requires 15–45 mins of ground preparation. Participants must follow the guidance and instructions from professional coaches at all times
• Due to safety reasons, travellers are not allowed to bring any carry-on items (e.g. camera, smartphone, GoPro) to board the plane
• Please note that activity duration and traffic information are for reference only
• Parking spaces are available on-site for travellers driving to the venue
• If you have booked the photography service, the files will be sent to your email after the experience; please make sure that you successfully receive the email with intact files on-site in case of any disputes
• If you want to book the Dedicated Video Package, please request it on the day of the activity; the local agency will decide if the arrangement is viable; please note that surcharges apply
• Travellers are recommended to purchase their own insurance before the activity

• Please allow up to half a day for the whole experience.
• If you are booking self-drive your booking time is your check-in time at our dropzone in Torquay. Otherwise, your booking time is your bus pick-up time.
• Once your details are confirmed at check-in you will be assigned a flight number and instructor.
• Your skydiving instructor will give you a safety briefing and harness you up before heading to the plane.
• There is a 20-minute flight to altitude with spectacular views of the Great Ocean Road and the iconic Bells Beach.
• Once the door opens…it’s time to jump! Experience 60 seconds of exhilarating freefall at speeds of up to 200 km/h.
• You will enjoy 5-7 flying over the coastline back to the landing area. Ask your instructor to take a turn at flying the parachute if you are feeling adventurous!
• Time to flash your skydiving certificate!

• Skydiving time depends on weather conditions. Do not schedule any other trips or activities on the same day. If the weather is good, your skydiving experience may finish within 3–4 hrs, but if the weather is not ideal, the schedule may change and may take up a day of waiting. To avoid any accidents, please be sure to follow flight regulations
• In the event of a change in itinerary or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, please contact customer service to reschedule
• Travellers are recommended to wear comfortable clothes and tight sneakers; jumpsuits will be provided on-site; wool clothes and gloves will be provided in winter (subject to on-site availability); please do not wear hiking shoes or high heels

• Staff will wear protective clothing and will minimise unnecessary physical contact. Sanitiser and face masks are available on-site
• All areas are regularly cleaned and sanitised
• Please bring appropriate warm clothing
