Things to Note

  • All per person prices quoted are in Australian dollars
  • Each paying adult may bring one child aged 4 and below for free. Please indicate the number and ages of eligible children in the "Note" section when booking and present the child's passport on the day of the tour for verification; failure to do the aforementioned will result in admission decline
  • Child ticket holders will be provided with a children’s meal only (not a full three-course set menu).
    The meal is designed to be easy to eat and child-friendly.
    Typical menu items may include one main dish (subject to daily availability), such as fried chicken, pasta (tomato or cream sauce), or a simple beef dish, served with chips, salad, or vegetables, and finished with a simple dessert or ice cream.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation if cancel outside 3days. No refund if cancel within 3days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options.
