Experience Melbourne from above on a peaceful sunrise hot air balloon flight, followed by a gourmet breakfast at the historic Hotel Windsor.
As the city awakens, enjoy breathtaking aerial views of the Yarra River, MCG, Australian Open Tennis Centre, and Royal Botanic Gardens. This experience is designed for calm, wonder, and connection rather than speed or adrenaline.

Flights operate year-round, with the main season running from November to May. Flight paths and launch sites vary daily depending on wind conditions, ensuring every flight is unique. Possible launch locations include Williamstown, Albert Park, or Moorabbin, with landings often in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs or parks such as Royal Park.

Transportation

  • Parking Recommendation:
    Lansdowne Street (between Treasury Gardens & Fitzroy Gardens)
    – Unlimited parking on CBD side
    – Free on Sundays
    – Approx. 5-minute walk to meeting point

Things to Note

  • Flight paths, launch sites, and landing locations are subject to wind and weather conditions
  • Hot air ballooning is a weather-dependent activity and may be rescheduled or cancelled for safety reasons
  • Flights operate at sunrise only
  • Total experience duration is approximately 4 to 4.5 hours
