Peninsula Hot Springs is the first natural hot springs, day spa, and wellness destination in Victoria. Natural geothermal mineral waters flow into the pools and private baths at this award-winning coastal oasis, providing an idyllic setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. Peninsula Hot Springs’ two bathing facilities provide an experience for everyone.

Relaxation starts as soon as you book your visit to the Bath House, a place for families and friends to bathe and relax while connecting in nature. Immerse yourself in our expansive coastal oasis with over 50 globally-inspired bathing and wellness experiences to explore. To make your experience as smooth as possible, book at least a day in advance to secure your preferred booking and save. Spaces are limited.

The social communal bathing experience is open to all ages and is perfect for groups, friends, and families with over 50 globally-inspired bathing experiences.

Standalone Revitalise Bathing Admission

Experiences include thermal mineral spring pools, hilltop pool offering 360-degree views of the region, cave pool, Turkish steam bath, underground sauna, cold plunge pool, reflexology
walk, massaging thermal showers, family bathing area, hydro jet lakeside pool and naturally landscaped bathing gully.

Wellness Activity & Revitalise Bathing

Enhance your revitalising bathing experience with one of our signature wellness activities. Experience the healing powers and cooling effects of clay with our signature body clay ritual, or be invigorated by the powers of hot and cold therapy with our fire & ice experience

Option 1: Fire & Ice

45 minutes | 12 per class

Daily availability: 10:30 am, 12:00 pm, 2.:00 pm
Be invigorated by the powers of hot and cold therapy in our state-of-the-art saunas and ice caves. Flow between our hot saunas, cold plunge pools and geothermal hot spring pools. You will learn and experience the key health benefits of this popular science under the guidance of trained instructors during this energising workshop.

Attire: swimwear, sandals
Bring: water bottle, towel, robe optional

Experience the healing powers and cooling effects of clay with our signature body clay ritual, perfect for friends and groups of all ages. We have carefully selected a series of detoxifying clays from around Australia, each with its own unique therapeutic benefits. During this playful workshop, our knowledgeable and engaging hosts will share stories about the benefits as you enjoy a simple and universal connection with Nature.
