This one-day cultural extravaganza lets you indulge in all the best bits the Hunter Valley has to offer. We’re talking delicious regional wine tastings, matched with cheese and chocolate, and a scrumptious restaurant lunch. There’s a little something for everyone in this part of the country. You can duck into cellar doors, sample local cuisine, and marvel at how some of the world’s most-loved wines are made.

Itinerary

We start our Hunter Valley Wine and Foodie experience by leaving Sydney and heading straight into the clutches of the Hunter Valley via the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The Hunter Valley is filled to the brim with gorgeous wineries which are home to some of Australia’s most renowned wines and stunning views.

Shortly after arriving in the Hunter Valley, we will make our first stop for the day at a cellar door to tantalise our taste buds with some local wines. Work your way through the different varieties of whites and reds as you learn the story behind each one from the local wine expert.

During the day, we visit three wineries so you can compare the styles of different locations and winemakers. Enjoy wine tastings paired with chocolate and cheese to heighten the flavour experience. You will also have the opportunity to purchase your favourites!

When hunger strikes, we head to a local restaurant to enjoy a delicious lunch with a drink. Dine on the regional produce and admire the picturesque surroundings of the Hunter Valley.

It’s not just wine that’s on the menu – we also visit the Hunter Valley Distillery to sample their unique range of spirits and liqueurs. Served up in test tubes, you can taste their original flavours including blackberry schnapps and chocolate orange liqueur. Try unique Aussie creations such as lemon myrtle vodka or native gin. Or stick to the classics like the copperwave distilled gin or premium vodka.

Once you’ve sipped and slurped your way through some of the best drinks in Australia, we’ll head back to the hustle and bustle of Sydney where the tour comes to a close.

Tours do not include meals or drinks unless otherwise stipulated, however, stops will be made during the day where refreshments can be purchased on the day.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the selected date, a cancellation fee of 35% will apply.
For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply.
For cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the selected date, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
If the prodduct can be cancelled within a period of time, please email us at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation date to cancel the product, based on the tour local time zone.
If cancellation is successful, refund would be conducted within 7-28 days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.
Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 business days. With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
