Where do I get picked up from in Sydney?
We offer several pick-up point locations throughout Sydney’s inner-city. Our central meeting point for this tour will be The Grace Hotel Sydney – 77 York St Sydney.
What are the age restrictions for Blue Mountains Tour?
Child policy for this tour is 6 years old and over, due to the nature of this tour, it’s not suitable for infants or children 5 years and under. Children must be supervised at all times and guests are to keep to the marked tracks and designated visitor areas.
How fit do I need to be for this tour?
A moderate level of fitness is required to complete the walks, some areas of the Blue Mountains National Park consist of rocky terrain and steep walking tracks such as the walk to Wentworth Falls and Jamison Valley. Swimming is not permitted
Is lunch or dinner provided on this tour?
Meals are not provided on this tour. We believe it is important for our trips to support the local economy, so guests are able to explore the cafes and shops in the townships surrounding the Blue Mountains during our designated rest stops. Alternatively, guests can bring through own food.
How much luggage can I bring on tour?
We ask that guests traveling on day trips bring small day packs and hand luggage only as we have limited storage onboard our vehicles. Suitcases and large backpacks must be put in storage at your hotel or bus station lockers prior to boarding our vehicles.
(a) Flexible Date Changes – unlimited supply of free date changes available up until 7-days prior to departure; or
(b) 2 to 7-days prior to departure:
we will hold 100% of the deposit paid by you as a credit voucher, valid for redemption within 3-years from date of purchase
any credit voucher resulting from a cancellation may be applied towards any other tour operated by GLT within Australia; or
(c) 8-days or more prior to departure, we will refund balance paid by you in connection to your booking less any unrecoverable costs; or
(d) failure to board on tour or cancelled within 2-days/48-hrs will result in full fare forfeiture of the ticket price and not eligible for a refund; or
NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
If the prodduct can be cancelled within a period of time, please email us at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation date to cancel the product, based on the tour local time zone.
If cancellation is successful, refund would be conducted within 7-28 days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.
Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 business days. With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
