Hotel Transfers (Hervey Bay Area)

If You Have Booked a Hotel:
Enter your hotel name in the Booking Notes section during checkout. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation voucher with full tour operator details. Please contact the operator at least 48 hours before departure to reconfirm your hotel pick-up time.

If You Haven’t Booked a Hotel Yet:
Enter ‘hotel not known’ in the Booking Notes section. Once your booking is confirmed, follow the same reconfirmation process once your accommodation is finalised.

If You Don’t Require a Pick-Up:
Enter ‘not required’ in the Booking Notes section. You’ll meet the tour directly at the departure point listed above. Reconfirmation with the tour operator is still required at least 48 hours before departure.
