Check in at 9:45 am for 10am departure, morning tea and lunch included, tour  returns at Bundaberg Port Marina Burnett Heads by 2 pm. Enjoy 4 hours onboard the luxury catamaran "Reef Empress or "Main Event" with spectacular views of Humpback whales at play along the Humpback Highway.

  • This tour operates with a minimum of 1 passenger
  • Child age is defined as 4–14 years old; infants under 4 years old are free of charge and do not occupy a seat. Please indicate the number of infants in the booking notes
  • What to bring: swimwear, sunscreen, towel, flip-flops, Seasickness medication (if required), etc.
  • Please provide all passengers’ full names in English when booking
  • All marine tours are subject to weather conditions. The safety and wellbeing of our guests and crew is our top priority. In the event of cancellation due to unsafe weather conditions, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any accommodation or travel expenses in case of cancellation
  • All tours are also subject to minimum passenger numbers and may be changed due to operational or weather conditions on the day. No liability is accepted for such changes or cancellations. Lady Musgrave Experience reserves the right to substitute vessels if required
  • Failure to arrive on time or board the vessel will result in full forfeiture of the ticket with no refund
  • Travel insurance is recommended and may help cover accommodation or other expenses incurred due to cancellations

    Whales are wild animals, and our staff make every effort to make each tour an exciting and  memorable one. Although we cannot control the movements or behaviour of these beautiful wild creatures, we have 100% success rate on all of our Whale Watching tours.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options.
