  • Pick up from your accommodation
  • 8.00am – Viper departs the Coral Sea Marina
  • Arrive at Hill Inlet first ! with a guided walk to lookout.
  • Arrive at Whitehaven Beach. Beach time, relax, swim or enjoy the Viper toys on board.
  • Buffet lunch on board
  • Arrive at Bait Reef, on the Outer Great Barrie Reef, the stepping stones on coral, marine life and memories to last a lifetime.

Transportation

  • Free Airlie Beach Downtown Hotels Return transfers
  • If your guest's accommodation is not known at time of booking for transfers, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance of travel date.
    If no accommodation is noted, guests will need to make their own way to the Marina by 7.40am.

    A Great Attitude: Bring your sense of adventure and be ready for an unforgettable day on the water!
    Swimwear: You’ll want to be ready for snorkeling and swimming in the beautiful Whitsundays.
    Footwear for a bush walk, if you are steady on foot, sandals or flip flops are sufficient for these walks.
    Towel: Dry off after your swim or enjoy some sunbathing.
    Sunscreen: Reef-safe sunscreen is highly recommended to protect your skin and the marine environment.
    Sunglasses & Hat: The tropical sun can be strong, so protect your eyes and face.
    Protective Clothing: A lightweight, long-sleeved shirt or rash guard is ideal for sun protection.
    Camera/GoPro: Capture those once-in-a-lifetime moments above and below the water.
    Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the adventure.
  • Comfortable Footwear: Suitable for getting on and off the boat and exploring the beach.
  • Snorkelling is a physical activity.  To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we recommend that participants are competent and confident swimmers. While flotation devices are available, the snorkeling locations are in open ocean environments, which may have varying conditions, such as currents and waves.
    Our experienced crew will guide you through safe entry and exit points and provide instructions before entering the water. This tour is not ideal for none swimmers or if you feel apprehensive about entering the ocean.   We encourage you to speak with our staff prior to booking.  Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
    Iconic Whitsunday Adventures always reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept, deny, or terminate participation by any person in any snorkelling activity at any time. This may be due to various medical conditions; your risk may increase if you have any of the following conditions:
    Heart conditions or lung issues (including asthma)
    Medical conditions that may cause loss of consciousness (such as certain types of epilepsy or diabetes)
    Asthma or Epilepsy that can be triggered by cold water or saltwater mist

Cancellation Policy

10% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 3days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
