Day 1: Great Barrier Reef  Full Day Adventures

Departing either Airlie Beach, Hamilton Island or Daydream Island, spend a full day exploring the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park, the World Heritage-listed wonder off the Queensland coast. Enjoy the magic of the reef with incredible numbers of bright tropical fish and more than 1,400 species of coral.

Beyond the Whitsundays, your destination is Reefworld, our multilevel reef facility permanently moored 39 nautical miles from shore at spectacular Hardy Reef. Snorkel, swim, dive and explore – an undersea encounter with this amazing ecosystem is unforgettable.

Or if you’d rather stay dry, experience the reef from our underwater observatory or take a ride in a semi-submarine. After a sumptuous buffet lunch, you’ll have more time to explore before you head back to shore with lifelong memories of this epic Australian icon.

• 7:15-7:30 Check in at Port of Airlie
• 8:00 Departure from Port of Airlie
• 11:30 Arrival to Knuckle Reef or Hardy Reef Pontoon
• 11:30-15:30 Free time on the Pontoon, you can enjoy the snorkeling, semi-submarin and underwater observatory or join Snorkel Safari, Scuba Diving and Heli-Scenic flight with an additional cost.
• 15:30 Departure from the Pontoon
• 18:20 Back to Port of Airlie

Day 2: 60 minutes Reef & Island Scenic Flight → Whitehaven Beach Day Trip (Return transfer from your accommodation)

• Ocean Rafting is heading to the Whitsunday Islands, home to the Best Beach in Australia - Whitehaven Beach.
• The Southern Lights Tour: This tour allows you to spend 2 hours at Whitehaven Beach and 1 hour at a Southern Snorkeling site. (You have the option to spend more time at Whitehaven Beach if you prefer.)
• The Northern Exposure Tour: With this tour, you can enjoy 1.5 hours at Whitehaven Beach and explore 2 Northern Snorkeling sites for up to 1.5 hours. (These sites are renowned as the Best Snorkeling Sites.)

The Northern Exposure eco adventure is a favourite amongst avid snorkellers because it is the only Whitsunday adventure which includes two different snorkel destinations. Enjoy snorkelling around Hook Island including Mantaray Bay, Maureens Cove and other specially selected Whitsundays snorkelling spots, ensuring a memorable underwater experience.

Option 2 - FLY RAFT SOUTHERN LIGHT

All Day Trip：7:30-8am pick up and 5pm return

Ride, beach, snorkel and bushwalk…all in one day! Ocean Rafting’s Southern Lights tour offers the perfect Whitehaven Beach tour, visiting both ends of the world famous beach and enjoying approximately two hours relaxing at the southern end of the 7km stretch of Whitehaven Beach.
