This whale watching adventure on a high-powered sports cruiser is the ultimate wildlife experience! Get to the action faster on our 500hp twin-engine offshore vessel to spend more time with these gentle giants frolicking in tranquil waters off the coast of Sydney.

Sydney is the envy of Australia with a whale watching season that lasts over five months of the year. Over 20,000 Humpback whales make the 3,500km journey from sub-Antarctic waters to the Great Barrier Reef every year. Whale numbers peak off Sydney in June-July for the Northern migration to give birth, and September-October for the return southern migration. In August, whale behaviour is often more spectacular with younger males showing off with amazing breaches.

  • Damages and responsibilities:
    Guests will be responsible for their property and personal effects and we will not accept claims for loss or damages.
  • Weather Considerations:
    All our boats have some protection from the elements, however they are designed for open viewing and are best experienced in relatively dry and mild weather conditions. If it’s forecast for heavy, consistent rain or very strong winds we may cancel the tour and customers are entitled to credit with us or a full refund. However, it rarely rains for a sustained period of time in Sydney, so if it is forecast for sporadic rain, we will likely go ahead with the tour.

Cancellation Policy

15% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 7days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
