Important Note:

  • Alcoholic Beverage Limit: Due to regulations, we are limited to providing two alcoholic drinks per person.

Your Uluru sunset experience starts when we pick you up from Ayers Rock Resort 90 minutes prior to the sun setting and take you by bus to the Uluru sunset viewing area.

Please note: Uluru park entry pass is not included in the cost of the tour. The price is $38 per person. You can purchase a ticket after we pick you up, at the national park entry station.

  • What are the departure and return times? We depart Ayers Rock Resort approximately 90 minutes before sunset.
    We return to Ayers Rock Resort just after sunset.
  • Can I bring my family? Yes. Children aged 2 years and over are welcome on our tour and are charged at a child rate.
    All travellers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for their care.
  • What should I bring on the sunset tour?
    • Proof of booking (can include the e-version delivered to your email)
    • Water bottle
    • Hat (wide-brimmed is best)
    • Flynet
    • Sunglasses
    • Sunscreen
    • Camera
    • Casual and comfortable clothing (cool, light clothing is best in summer and warm clothing for winter).
    • Cash for purchasing dot paintings directly from artists at sunset when available.

    Can my dietary requirements be accommodated? 

    We can cater for one of the following special dietary requests upon request at the time of booking: vegetarian, gluten-free or dairy-free.

    If you have a food allergy (e.g. peanuts) please advise at the time of booking and carry any necessary medication with you on tour.

    How far in advance do I have to book?

    We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to avoid missing out on this special experience.

    What are the rules for BYO drinks?

    At dinner, water and juice are served as well as sparkling wine. For beer or other beverages, you are welcome to bring 2-3 drinks. We recommend giving these to your guide at pick up and they will put it in the cooler box for you to enjoy with dinner.

Cancellation Policy

15% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 3days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
