Experience the awe-inspiring beauty of Australia’s Red Centre on a unique camel ride tour around Uluru, one of the world’s most iconic natural landmarks. This tour offers an unforgettable way to explore the rugged landscapes surrounding Uluru, allowing you to connect with the ancient land in a truly authentic way.

During the tour, you'll ride a gentle camel, an animal perfectly adapted to the desert environment, as you traverse the ochre sands and take in the breathtaking views of Uluru. The tour typically takes place during the magical hours of sunrise or sunset, when the changing light paints the landscape in vibrant hues of red, orange, and purple, creating a mesmerizing backdrop for your journey.

Guided by knowledgeable cameleers, you’ll learn about the history, culture, and ecology of the area, gaining insights into the significance of Uluru to the Anangu people, the traditional owners of the land. Whether you're an adventure seeker, a nature lover, or someone looking to experience a unique aspect of Australian heritage, the Uluru Ride Camel Tour is an experience not to be missed.

45 minutes Express Camel Experience (AM/PM)

  • Catch the mid morning camel train and experience our beautiful camels on a 45 minute journey
  • Through the desert with Uluru and Kata Tjuta as a breathtaking backdrop.
  • Stopping for photos on our sand dune lookout.

Departure: 10:30am (Daily) / 2pm (April to October)

Duration: Returns 1.5 hours later

All Fare are same price, minimum age to join this tour would be 5 years old.

Notices

EXTRA BOOKING INFORMATION

  • All guests will be required to provide their body weight in KG at the time of booking, any rider over 100kg will be required to advise their height in which it will be up to the company’s discretion to determine safety to participate.
  • When you place the booking , please provide or remark : Names of all riders/ Country/Dietary Requirements/Body Weight(KG) / Hotel pick up location
  • Children MUST be 5 years and older to ride a camel this is an insurance stipulation.
  • Children MUST meet height requirements, height measurement is located at the farm.
  • Children between the age of 5 and 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • All guests ride at their own risk and are required to sign a waiver before riding our camels.
  • Two persons per camel
  • No National Park ticket is needed

WEATHER IN THE DESERT

  • Wintertime in the desert can be very cold, if you are visiting us between May and September, please remember to dress warm even during the daytime.
  • Staying hydrated in the summertime is ever so important. Please make sure that you have a large water drink bottle with you when joining us for a camel tour in the summertime.

Cancellation Policy

15% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 24hours.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.

    到沙漠就是要騎駱駝啊！嚮導會騎著第一隻領頭駱駝，有關駱駝的知識都可以問他，旁邊也有隨行員工會講解相關知識，還會幫你在定點拍照，讓你擁有跟烏魯魯還有駱駝的合照。

  2. Nice morning

    We had a fantastic time on this adventure. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Riding the camels was a blast, and the views were absolutely stunning. To top it off, they provided us with a delicious warm damper afterwards. I highly recommend taking them up on their offer for a poncho, as it can get quite chilly.
