Ferry time : The ferry service is available from 8:45 am to 5:01 pm approximately every 45 minutes. The route starts from Darling Harbour, then goes to Circular Quay, Taronga Zoo, Watsons Bay, and finally to Mainly Beach before returning. ***If you want to spend the entire day at the zoo, you can choose the ferry that departs at 8:45 am from Darling Harbour to Taronga Zoo, and take the 5:01 pm ferry from Taronga Zoo back to Sydney Harbour.

Catch a glimpse of the elusive Sumatran tiger in the immersive Tiger Trek experience. Learn more about this endangered species and how conservation efforts could help save them. Discover Australia's unique animals such as koalas, kangaroos and platypus. Take a peek at meerkats in their natural habitat. Meet lazy Red Kangaroo, the nocturnal animal and largely that spends the daylight hours sleeping or resting in the shade of trees. Taronga Zoo is generally open 365 days of the year, between 9:30am and 4:30pm*

Note Taronga Zoo has announced it has ceased operation of the Sky Safari, with planning underway for a revitalised and fully accessible experience in the future. Guests arriving with Fantasea Cruising can enter through the Lower Zoo Entrance just a short walk from the ferry wharf. Alternatively a public bus (at own expense) is available from the ferry wharf to the Main Entrance at the top of the zoo.

Cancellation Policy

Once a booking is confirmed, requests for alterations or cancellation will not be granted.
It is advisable for guests to purchase travel insurance; our company can provide an insurance claim letter if needed.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
If the prodduct can be cancelled within a period of time, please email us at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation date to cancel the product, based on the tour local time zone.
If cancellation is successful, refund would be conducted within 7-28 days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.
Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 business days. With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
