Very few hotels will require you to wait at a nearby location due to inconvenient parking and other reasons.   • Q: Can I choose to be picked up in Brisbane in the morning and sent to the Gold Coast in the evening?

  • Child Fares - These apply to children 3 to 14 years inclusive (Brisbane’s Best, Brisbane City sights morning tour, Brisbane afternoon at Lone Pine & Mt Coot-tha lookout and Theme Parks are 3 to 13 years old). Infants aged under 3 are free unless otherwise stated (Fraser Island trip full child fare).
  • Low level of fitness needed (Some walking is involved at Australia Zoo. Walking aids are available for hire from Australia Zoo)
  • AUSTRALIA ZOO TICKETS: The tour driver will check everyone in at the zoo with his passenger manifest, so you do not need to print your voucher.
  • Please note that there is no toilet on the bus.
  • It depends on that day’s bookings and what time we arrive at the zoo, but we must leave the zoo by 4 pm, due to evening traffic, so the driver may ask you to meet BEFORE 4 pm
  • The bus starts at the Gold Coast and travels north to Brisbane CBD, The bus stops at Tangalooma Wharf, before heading to the zoo (return journey as well)
  • Walking aids are available for hire at Australia Zoo
  • Changing road conditions may result in alternate pick-up points
  • We reserve the right to substitute coaches and operators where necessary.
  • Additional departure days are available on most tours, subject to numbers.
  • Australia Zoo is an all-weather attraction with undercover seating.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation if cancel outside 7days. No refund if cancel within 7days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

    My visit to the Australia Zoo was awesome. Having a good chunk of time to roam around the zoo was fantastic. The bus ride was a breeze, making our trip to and from the zoo a safe and convenient experience. I’d totally vouch for this service, especially if you’re in or around Brisbane and planning a day at the zoo. Hats off to the bus driver!
