  • If you are booking for a later date in the year please ensure you check in with us before your tour date to confirm departure time as times vary throughout the year. No refund for no show.If children want food please book under adult ticket .
    Departure is 7am please ensure you’re at jetty by 6.45am . No refund for being late.
  • All passengers must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time.

  • CANCELLATIONS Policy: Cruise will provide a full refund in the event a charter is cancelled due to poor weather conditions. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
