Tour Information

Board Sunlover’s catamaran destined for the Moore Reef Pontoon, a renowned site for healthy vibrant coral and marine life.
With roughly 2 hours at the pontoon, you can take part the activities included such as glass bottom boat and snorkelling or optional activities such as Seawalker. After you’ve seen the reef up close, it’s time to fly back to Cairns.

Fuel Levy Notice : Due to the recent increase in global fuel prices, a fuel levy will be applied to all helicopter-related products as follows:

  • Fly/Cruise & Cruise/Fly: Adult $25 / Child $22.5
  • Fly/Fly (return helicopter): Adult $40
  • Cruise + 10-minute scenic flight: Adult $20 / Child $15
  • Infants: No fuel levy applies

This surcharge applies to all new bookings from 14 April 2026 and is not included in the original booking price.

The fuel levy is to be paid directly by guests to the helicopter/boat operator staff at check-in or boarding.

Pricing & Inclusions

All fares are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Marine Park fees and GST.

Helicopter Weight & Infant Policy

  • The maximum single-seat weight limit for Nautilus Aviation helicopters is 130 kg.
  • Passengers exceeding this limit are required to purchase an additional seat at 50% of the ticket price, payable directly to Nautilus Aviation on the day of travel.
  • Infants aged 0–2 years can fly free of charge on the lap of a parent or guardian (limited to one infant per flight, must be advised at the time of booking).
  • Children aged 3 years and above are charged the full per-seat fare.
  • Please provide the exact body weight of each passenger when making the booking.

Cruise Operations

No refund will be provided if the semi-submersible tour or glass-bottom boat tour cannot operate due to weather or mechanical issues.

Participation in Water Activities

For all underwater or high-intensity activities — including scuba diving, Sea Walker, or similar — a health declaration form must be completed on the day of departure.

Guests are required to review the health check form in advance to confirm eligibility for participation.
If a guest declares themselves unfit or is unable to enter the water on the day of travel, no refund will be issued.

Important:

  • After scuba diving, flying within 18 hours is strictly prohibited.
  • For passengers choosing the “Fly to Reef, Cruise Return” option, diving and Sea Walker sessions are not guaranteed due to time limitations. Please confirm conditions at the time of booking.

FAQ – Cameras During Introductory Dive

Q: Can I bring a camera during the Intro Dive scuba diving experience?
A: Participants without a scuba diving license are not permitted to bring a camera underwater for safety reasons.
Only those holding an Open Water Dive License or higher may bring a waterproof camera, subject to final approval by the onboard dive instructor.
(Snorkelers and guests adding a second dive on the same day are permitted to use cameras underwater.)

  • Credit card for optional activities (guided snorkelling safaris, scuba diving, etc.)

Cancellation Policy

15% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 3days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
